I was driving back from Pennsylvania, my mom had a stroke, to my hometown in Tucson, Arizona. It was just my son and I. I stopped for gas and when I was finished I went to start my car….NOTHING! Already stressed from driving all the way by myself straight through, worried about my mom, my son is a type one diabetic, it was over 100 degrees, and we were all alone stuck in a town that we knew nothing about I was on the verge of tears. Thank god for nice people who gave me a jump and I immediately headed to the closest Autozone, which turned out to be right around the corner.😊 Arriving to Autozone, a friendly face made eye contact with me and asked how she could help. She immediately calmed my frustrations and took very good care of me. Lanee and her team were AWESOME! Within minutes, she had a team member installing a new battery and by the time I was done checking out, it was installed and ready to go! Thank you AutoZone for making a horrible situation turn out not so bad.😊💗

Went in for an a/c relay. The person who was helping me tried two or three different times before getting someone to help him and instruct him on the way to do what he needed to do. I liked seeing this that alone was worth the trip.

Jacob answered the phones and knew very little to do with Auto mechanics and parts relating to such. It was a terrible experience I tried to get to a manager but the employee proceeded to forward my calls and hangout on me. Terrible service, somebody should hire someone who knows there parts and how to assist people more properly and make the customer happy. Such a shame to see a good buisness go to waste do to employees.

Trash service. I did an online order. I went in to pick up the order. First, they tried to give me a order that wasn't even close to mine. Next, they spent 30 minutes looking for the part that I ordered. They came back and informed me that they had products in the wrong boxes and didn't actually have my part. I asked if they would just cancel my order. They explain that they don't know how the online order stuff works and can't cancel it. So, I call customer service to get it cancelled and they put me on hold to call the STORE and have them cancel my order. Thanks for wasting my time

Gave me wrong part again. No more autozone for me. Use to be favorite place. Way sick of always having to make multiple trips for same part I wanted in the first place. Thanks Napa for coming through and delivering part I needed since autozone wouldn't even after they screwed up and I was jacked up at the mechanic with my truck

My battery had been sluggish for about a week so I went to get it checked today. I was greeted by Jonathan who came right out, checked it, replaced it and sent me on my way. He was customer centric, so pleasant and friendly as well as totally efficient. He is a valuable asset to Auto Zone. Thanks again Jonathan!!

If you have to go to AutoZone, go see Luis. He knows his stuff. He helped me resolve a couple issues. He listened to what I had to say and responded accordingly with possible solutions to my problems. Great customer service. Very knowledgeable. He should be a manager with his own password instead of having to ask for a password to refund a battery core charge. Will somebody, PLEASE, get this man, a password.

I came in to buy a new battery for my vehicle, the purchase was very easy. The employees I interacted with, store manager, and another employee were both extremely nice to me. I would definitely recommend going here for any of your automotive needs.

Employees were quick to offer help and friendly. Good selection of various car accessories, stuff for aesthetics, and car related items like oil and batteries (obviously, lol). They offer free checks for if your engine light comes on.
