I came in for a oil change. I added the tire fix. An hour and half later, i get notified it’s ready and get charged only for the tire fix. No oil change. No order was even creaTed for the oil change. No apology from the person who did the order either. What’s crazy is when I first came in, i had to go right back out to move my car. I come back in and the person is looking for me for the oil change to create the order. How does this happen? Services: Tires, Oil change

If there was a zero star rating I would give it. The technician (really didn't seem to act like a competent person) and his assistant dented our oil pan and didn't advise us until after my husband asked what was taking so long, and then they began to lie about it and deny it. Be very careful about using their services, and pay very close to the technician's demeanor before allowing them to work on your car even if you have used them before.

2 hours for a tire change. Like come on. Staff moves so slow and when I ask for help or to check on the progress they get confused.

Got fuel system done with my oil change, one of my tunes was not tighten brought it back in and they pushed to the front of the line and fixed it no charge and apologized. Very kind and I know we are all human and flawed so I will be coming back. Very friendly and fast.

I brought my Lexus to the auto center on November 13, 2021 to repair a front tire. The technician claimed the nail was irreparable, and said a replacement would be necessary. The service lasted abnormally long in the first place, and was further prolonged when the tire was accidentally installed backwards. Another tire shop showed me that the new tire is not even the same size as the one on the other side, I was never told. Service: Tires

Tech was unbelievably slow. Took 2+hrs from the time my car went in the bay to change 2 tires. It was a skinny younger kid, you could tell he was paid by the hour.

I never gripe or get upset very often. But I went in to buy 4 tires and get an oil change It was a week ago today. There was one car in front of me. They took 3 hours to replace 4 tires and oil change. The girl had to take over for the older man who didn't seem to know what he was doing After 3 hours the girl said it was done she was busy with a the third customer since.She asked the older man to ring us up. He copped and attitude and was very rude. He tossed the paperwork at my son. Two things he should be a greeter. She had to take over for him because he was so incompetent and why when you have 3 workers standing around can't they help to speed the process by helping
