Jacob answered the phones and knew very little to do with Auto mechanics and parts relating to such. It was a terrible experience I tried to get to a manager but the employee proceeded to forward my calls and hangout on me. Terrible service, somebody should hire someone who knows there parts and how to assist people more properly and make the customer happy. Such a shame to see a good buisness go to waste do to employees. ~Dakota

I came in for a oil change. I added the tire fix. An hour and half later, i get notified it’s ready and get charged only for the tire fix. No oil change. No order was even creaTed for the oil change. No apology from the person who did the order either. What’s crazy is when I first came in, i had to go right back out to move my car. I come back in and the person is looking for me for the oil change to create the order. How does this happen? Services: Tires, Oil change ~Jamie

Not sure what it is about this particular McDonald's but they always seem to have stale food and it's hit and miss whether or not they're sodas and milkshakes are available. I live around the corner and literally it's 50/50 whether or not and come away. Disappointed ~Kevin

I would love to be able to go to this location bc it’s closest to my house…..however the crackheads hanging outside makes me feel like that not the best idea at night, especially being female. This place has all the makings of a dateline episode! Creepy campers always parked in the parking lot, crackheads screaming outside, and lots of homeless always hanging around the parking lot haggling you. To the extent the last time I was there the clerk was on the phone with her husband bc she was afraid of the guy screaming outside. This is ridiculous especially for Yukon! ~MAYOR

Teresa and Denise are two incredibly kind women. The best clerks ever. They’re the main reason I go to Murphy USA instead of the Casey’s right next to them. I just wish Murphy USA sold alcohol. Give Teresa and Denise a raise!! ~Austin

I can't say enough good things about the General Manager Justin D. I called in a delivery order of 80 pizzas for the company that I work for. Justin stated that we were out of their delivery range, but that he would take care of me anyway. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. Justin and his boss delivered the pizzas personally. We were all pleased with the quality and freshness of the food. ~Melissa

I love Take 5. Yes, I could do it myself, but it’s so convenient to sit in my truck and let them take care of everything, changing my oil, and checking everything. They are quick and safe. The customer service I receive every time is always awesome. They are super friendly and always offer a bottle of water and treat me like a person, not like another customer. They offer upgrades but never force anything in you. I will definitely be back and I recommend them to anyone. Services: Oil change, Tires ~T

I had an appointment at 1245, pulled into the maintenence bay at 1240, and my car was on it's way for maintenance by 1pm (since I was a new customer, my info had to be added into the system). I had my oil changed, tires rotated, regular maintenance, car washed and was on my way home by 2:15pm. The staff were helpful, courteous, and quick!! ~Mary

Fries always great at this location! Customer service sucks when you request items you previously paid for, and did not receive. An employee told me that after all they work for a clown so this is obviously going to happen. Lol I guess we’re the crazy ones for not thoroughly checking our orders after they are received. Will expect less next time! Cheerio! ~M

My Discover card wouldn't work on their pumps, and I refuse to use a debit card on their pumps since they don't have security seals. I went inside to have the pump turned on and the cashier was rude and wouldn't turn on the pump so I could come back in to pay. I didn't want to break a $100 for $8 of gas on my motorcycle on a prepay so I went somewhere else. My card worked just fine elsewhere, and credit card company said the transaction never even requested on their pump. The staff and pumps need upgrades. ~Rick
