With 5 vehicles here upon arrival, I have been here well over an hour. They’re understaffed, meaning 1 car at a time (period, not per bay). I understand being understaffed in this labor market but not hustling to try to meet the unique selling point of your business is where you’ve lost my business. Employees are moving at a speed I’d equate to wandering. This service at over $80 for a basic oil change does not meet expectations. Service: Oil change

Went in for oil change on new car. They decided to remove my 2 air filters to try to upsell me. That's just business. I get it. But when I said no they wadded up my cab filter and just stuffed it in spot. They also lost the screws and didn't correctly reassemble the air box for main filter. Rather this was malicious or simply apathetic I have no idea. Nor will anyone answer a call and voice-mail is full so no possibility to address concerns with management. Would give less stars if I could.

My oil change was performed by Mark and Corey. They were very polite, great listeners and very efficient. When we very first arrived, we were greeted and asked if we needed a water or caprisun for my little one. We thought that was so thoughtful and a nice surprise since we had never been asked if we wanted a beverage at any other oil change company. The overall experience was great and there's not one negative comment I can make.

I've always changed my oil myself on all of our cars, and our kids cars also. Years and years ago, I went to a quick change oil place and they didn't change the oil filter, that was the last time I had someone else do it. Needless to say, I just didn't trust anyone else to do it. Now because of health issues I'm having to go back to having someone change my oil for me. I thought I'd try Take 5 because of the Google reviews and I'm pretty satisfied. I got a full synthetic oil change for a very reasonable price, and a 25% veterans discount to boot. I also found out that my daughter uses their location in Wichita Falls. I'll keep using them for the foreseeable future. Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

I love Take 5. Yes, I could do it myself, but it’s so convenient to sit in my truck and let them take care of everything, changing my oil, and checking everything. They are quick and safe. The customer service I receive every time is always awesome. They are super friendly and always offer a bottle of water and treat me like a person, not like another customer. They offer upgrades but never force anything in you. I will definitely be back and I recommend them to anyone. Services: Oil change, Tires

Take 5 Oil Change has my business ANYTIME! Their customer service is out of this world and they offered top of the line products for my vehicle. I was taken back by the kind hospitality showed by all 4 gentlemen working on my vehicle. The gentlemen working were very kind, efficient and thorough from explanation to completion of the services performed on my Toyota 4Runner. This was not one of those businesses who suggest several services that should be done on your vehicle that don’t actually “need” to be completed. They showed me my filters and the damage on them so I could ultimately make my own decisions. I appreciated their honesty and work ethic. Our cities need more honest, hardworking businesses like Take 5 Oil Change on Garth Brooks Boulevard in Yukon, Oklahoma. Thanks Guys! I wish it was still Kwik Car. These guys promise 10 minutes and make you wait in your car. Last time I came in it was over an hour waiting. My reason for going to this location was for the convenience of being able to drop off the vehicle and shop at the neighboring businesses. That being said, no issues with the actual oil change. Duuude, I have never been to an oil change place where you stay put in your truck. How fun it was to watch and listen to the employees working...I heard lots of safety acknowledgements going on (imo, safety should absolutely always be a priority in a shop so well done guys!). Customer service was top shelf too, even offering water or (hehe) juice packs. They also topped off fluids and air in the tires. The only issue I had was we didn't know if we were supposed to tip them for such excellent work.

Over $100 for an oil change after they add all their little fees. So be careful and make sure you get a quote before you have them start. I’ll never be back after my experience. They are standing around your vehicle and they could easily say this cost this much if you want it instead of just adding it to the bill. Good concept but not worth paying twice as much for the convenience. Service: Oil change
