I had an appointment at 1245, pulled into the maintenence bay at 1240, and my car was on it's way for maintenance by 1pm (since I was a new customer, my info had to be added into the system). I had my oil changed, tires rotated, regular maintenance, car washed and was on my way home by 2:15pm. The staff were helpful, courteous, and quick!!

I hate taking my vehicle(s) to a dealership for any kind of maintenance work. Joe Cooper Ford in Yukon made the experience as pleasant as one could be. Billy in service was kind, courteous, and provided except communication. Would normally give 5 stars, BUT ... it's a dealership. Sorry Joe. ;)

Second car in line this morning just to get my oil changed and new windshield wipers! They opened at 8 and I am just leaving (9:45!)They are nice but so amazingly slow! They need to change the name...Quick Lane definitely doesn’t describe this place!

Bought a used vehicle from the dealership that only had one key. Ordered a second key from parts department for $165. Went directly from parts department to quick lane to see about getting it programmed when it arrived. Wanted to do it on Saturday morning because that was the only time the car would be available. Service person assured me there wouldn't be a problem, they would go get it from parts and have it programmed (another $55) in 35-40 minutes. Daughter took the car in on 1/20/18 and was told she didn't have an appointment which was just a small part of the discussion. (something about only having one technician and did she have the paperwork) After more talking the service rep said he would check and get back with her. 45 minutes later he still hadn't got back with her so she had to go find him and ask for a status. He then told her the car was in for programming. Finally, after I'm not sure how long the simple task of programming the key was completed. This is not the first time we have had issues with quick lane, I find they are very good for oil changes but often lacking in other areas.

I received the worst service ever. I will never take my Ford vehicle to this place again. They will rush you and upsell you. Don't try and question the service advisor, he will try and talk down to you. My vehicle was not wash on a bright, sunny day. They don't care if you complain.
