You absolutely MUST check your bag before leaving the drive thru at this McDonald's. I would say probably 40% of the time something is missing or wrong and its been that way since it opened a few years ago. Otherwise it's not bad.

I’ve ordered 5-6 sweet teas within the past week roughly. All light ice, sometimes during lunch and mostly after school. Every drink has tasted watered down and 50% of the time not light ice. I’ve noticed they all taste watered down within the past 2 weeks and it’s about to push a reoccurring customer away

Fries always great at this location! Customer service sucks when you request items you previously paid for, and did not receive. An employee told me that after all they work for a clown so this is obviously going to happen. Lol I guess we’re the crazy ones for not thoroughly checking our orders after they are received. Will expect less next time! Cheerio!

I ordered fries with no salt, and guess what, they had salt. I went inside and had ti get that taken care of. When I got home my fish sandwich only had 1/4 of a slice of cheese on it. Not a good visit to them today.

Do not support this store. Terrible work environment, terrible management, and many more. This place has gone down hill in the past year and a half. Not worth your money or time. You would figure with a new store manager they would be better. No it has only gotten worse. It is bad and you can see it on the workers faces. It is honestly just the worst. I will never go back.

I don’t do this, because I understand the point of owning businesses, and mistakes happen. The first thing I did was reach out after a situation, they said they would handle it when I returned. I told them it may be a week or two, upon returning they denied all claims, and didn’t fix anything. On 12.3.21, I visited this McDonald’s. I ordered a double cheeseburger, fries, & a coke. I pulled out to the red light, unwrapped my burger and took a bite. I took a drink, looked up at the light, looked back down to the delight of a small light brown roach crawling on the top of my burger. I immediately, yelled some not so family friendly words, threw the burger back in the bag, and the bag in the floorboard. I was like freaked out. At the same time, I was like, well, stuff happens. I simply called back the McDonald’s. The First Lady only spoke Spanish, but I only spoke English when speaking to her. She handed the phone to a team lead whom I explained the situation too. I told her, look, I understand mistakes happen, do me a favor, throw out the batch, and maybe have them clean a little tougher tonight. I don’t want nothing in return, I don’t want to file a complaint or nothing. She said the least we can do is replace your meal, come on back. I explained that I was late to work, and would have to comeback some other day. Today 12.20 was that day, I ordered chicken nuggets, figured if I gave the box a shake, something would come running out if there was anything extra. I pull up to the window to pay, and explain to the two people taking payments I had a situation without explaining the situation and that my name was allegedly on some list to have it covered. They said let me call for a manger. He said she wants to know the situation. I told him I had a roach in my food. She immediately comes to him and in straight Spanish tells him we don’t have roaches here and gives a sarcastic sound as if I’m lying. I completely go off (professional / no cursing) explaining the situation to her in Spanish, telling her, that I probably spoke to her before she handed the phone off. Telling them it’s $8, I’m not worried about the $8, but you should be worried about my reach. Some other lady came up to the window yelling the same thing that we don’t have roaches in Spanish etc etc. To me, I understood error, you told me, you would take care of it. You failed to do that.
