I'm only giving this Sonic 5 stars because I've been coming here for years, and up until a few weeks ago this place was so BAD! The customer service was either non-existent or terrible altogether. My order was always 10 minutes or more even just for a drink! But over the past few weeks there is a new girl named Laticia that is a breath of fresh air. You guys scored with that hire! When she is here my order is perfect! On time, and delicious. With an excellent attitude to boot. I thought I'd never be able to give a review at this store because they don't let you give 0 stars. I hope you guys hire more people just like that!!

This is the worst sonic in this state and I’ve worked at two of them. Every time we come it takes 20 minutes to an hour to get our orders and if we order online and check in they scan for it but don’t bring it out to us. And honestly either they need new management or they need more competent workers

Ya i ordered 2 # 15s one with a larg fv ice cof no ice and a lg chilly chess tots and the other was with a lg strawbery vanella dr pepper no ice when we got our drinks thay where both packed with ice and the strawberies vanella tast like rotten strrawberries my chilly chess tots came out only med as if the order taker did not lisen to a word said this place is going to kill someone with rotten strrawberries but to just not get the order right thats just incompatents at its finest we are very very very dissatisfide with this whole experience i work in fast food so i get some things but this is rediculess and i will be not recamending this sonic to any one in fact im going to be worning pep of the danger this place holdes to them

i ordered 2 times on the app and they messed it up both times then gave me an expired coupon both times. i would expect better since i go the a lot.

I ordered a sausage toaster combo and received a bacon and egg burrito. Instead. Was not given a receipt. Went online and filed a complaint and the customer service is a joke. Ripped me off. Definitely will not be going back again. I have already done what they asked me to do on the website and nothing was ever mentioned about doing this on the app. Sounds like a way to avoid responsibility for this. This issue is still unresolved.

I’m posting for a friend. Today was a bad experience because of severe understaffing. Took almost an hour to get order and then it was wrong. The food was hot and tasty. Did not protest wrong food. Employees had to be sooo stressed and didn’t need more. Learned not to prepay. Would have cancelled order and left otherwise. Probably should have rated lower stars, but feel for employees. We did get coupons for further visits. The kicker is they expired 12/31/3021!!!

The issue I had was the guy in the drive through would not give gave me a receipt and the change that was due. It was a minute amount and no use fighting over what was owed. I was in a hurry and dealing with issue on the phone. I'm away from home and did not need another problem!

This is my local Sonic. The last 3 times have been extremely poor. Weather it is sottong at the intercom for 15 minutes with teens smoking weed out back and my kids in my car trying to explain the smell or the fact that my order was completely wrong. Ill ve driving the 3 extra miles to go to a different location as i think it will still be faster than this location.

Awful service. Food is never fresh. They can never get orders right. We ordered from this location often and my we always made sure to specify that we wanted hamburgers WITH NO CHEESE and my fiance's burger always had cheese. Ordered a grilled chicken sandwich (which only come with mayo lettuce and tomatoes) and bit into an onion. Just over all an awful experience every time and awful customer service. And the parking lot always looks awful.
