The guy with the Afro that works overnight is absolutely rude, has no ambition to please or help customers that are just asking simple questions. The bathrooms are terrible and the overall store could use a wipe down. I’m typing this at 1:30 in the morning there was nobody besides the guy with the Afro inside the store and yet he still had time to catch in attitude and get mad when I couldn’t hear him all while he was playing on his phone. Absolutely rude would not recommend this place to anyone unless you have nowhere else to go. 7-Eleven seems to be depleting If you don’t want to help people and take care of your customers go home and be on your phone

Day after day stop in for horechata from lerado taco, NO DRINKS. So evertime I stop in for gas and what-not. If they don't have the lerado drinks, I don't buy a single thing. The $1 drink is causing yall to lose business js!

VERY RUDE SERVICE. DO NOT GO TO THIS 711 UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR CHANGE THROWN AT YOU. WOMAN BEHIND COUNTER THREW HER CHANGE AT AN AUTISTIC WOMAN FOR ASKING FOR A FEW 5 DOLLAR BILLS! AS A REGULAR I DON'T APPRECIATE THIS TREATMENT OR BEHAVIOR AT ALL THAT WASN'T DESERVED.

There's a lot of comfort at this N.W. 23rd and Council store of employees right in front of the manager as well as a lot of comfort from the manager. We come here 2-4 times a week evening and late afternoon on our delivery route. The employees rarely greet or thank customers many times in front of the manage. The manager is not always in uniform. There are employees who can literally barely pry themselves from personal entertainments such as devices or socializing to do customer service.

Normally I don't have an issue with this store but I just came in to get gas. I went to the counter and was not greater by Dae at the counter. She was on her phone and was not very helpful. I wanted to know if could still use my Thanx card to get 5 cents off but still pay using 20 dollars cash. She said she did not know and was just very stand offish just not very helpful. I will still be back to shop here but it was not a very good experience for me. She did not even give me my reciept.

Out of large cup lids, most slurpee flavors were not working. Store dirty. Bathroom had the same dirty spots on toilets, walls and floor all week.

I was a big fan of The Burrito Co and was super sad when it disappeared but good food speaks for itself so today I decided to give the Laredo Taco a try. I wouldn't waste your money, seriously! I tried to eat it because I just paid a pretty penny for it but I'm still starving because its gross and I'm not eating it. Never again! Customer service was good though, I will say that.

I really like it! I got loaded nachos with extra queso and a 2 chicken taco plate and it was only $8 which is pretty cheap in my opinion. It tasted better than expected for a restaurant in a gas station and they’re not very stingy with the toppings like most places plus the staff is friendly. 10/10 will be going back

Two days ago I was appalled when I experienced a young girl by the name of Yanna totally ignore customers cause she was too busy using her cell phone with the speaking on so the whole store can here the person on the other end dropping f-bombs and other faul language. She did this a woman and another gentleman. I not sure what the store's policy is but I will not be going back to that store anymore.
