Store ok when there is staff to check your items out, they do not sell any black hair products manager says it won't fit in their shelves. ~saydee

The guy with the Afro that works overnight is absolutely rude, has no ambition to please or help customers that are just asking simple questions. The bathrooms are terrible and the overall store could use a wipe down. I’m typing this at 1:30 in the morning there was nobody besides the guy with the Afro inside the store and yet he still had time to catch in attitude and get mad when I couldn’t hear him all while he was playing on his phone. Absolutely rude would not recommend this place to anyone unless you have nowhere else to go. 7-Eleven seems to be depleting If you don’t want to help people and take care of your customers go home and be on your phone ~Trevour

I want to give a shout out of gratitude to a young man that works at this on cue by the name of Curtis. It was a hot day I was trying to buy a gallon of tea and get some gas and long story short it put the little bit of money I had on my credit card in limbo pending. But Curtis was thoughtful and knew I was thirsty and gave me a Big gulp and $5 cash out of his own pocket. This guy is really good people, it made my day, it was the thought that counted the most. One of the nicest things anyone's ever done for me in a stretch like that. God bless you Curtis you're a good man, the world needs more of you. ~Wade

I was trying to get a new phone and the lady was very rude because I wasn't too familiar with their latest promotions. LOL as if I would know that as it's been 2 years since I've been in one of your stores. Walked out in disgust. ~John

I'm only giving this Sonic 5 stars because I've been coming here for years, and up until a few weeks ago this place was so BAD! The customer service was either non-existent or terrible altogether. My order was always 10 minutes or more even just for a drink! But over the past few weeks there is a new girl named Laticia that is a breath of fresh air. You guys scored with that hire! When she is here my order is perfect! On time, and delicious. With an excellent attitude to boot. I thought I'd never be able to give a review at this store because they don't let you give 0 stars. I hope you guys hire more people just like that!! ~Carol
