I was trying to get a new phone and the lady was very rude because I wasn't too familiar with their latest promotions. LOL as if I would know that as it's been 2 years since I've been in one of your stores. Walked out in disgust.

I've had the Samsung A21 for a little over a month and honestly it's the worst phone I've ever had. I can almost never get a signal even with full bars. No apps work. No help from this store and I'm considering ditching the phone and T-mobile. Sprint actually tried to help me with info about sim card placement causing issues but the phone dropped even that call, and that info didn't help the phone work any better. I'm at my wits end with it, $60+ a month for a phone that is useless to me. Idk if the store dumped a defective phone on me or what the issue is but another carrier is most likely in the near future for me. Ridiculous.....

The lady that sold me the phonedidn't even ask me if I wanted a case or a screen protector for my phone now my screen is shattered just because the girl didn't want to do her job and ask if I need anything for my phone now when I get paid I have to buy me a whole new phone just hoping that this one lasts that long

Okay for one I went to go pick out a phone for my husband for a Christmas present. and so we picked his phone out and the person that was behind the counter working told us about a better phone to get and it was a little cheaper saved me some pretty big dollars I was really appreciated I thought that was so cool so nice of him and her. they were so kind so helpful good customer service thank you. both of the workers were so kind and saved me some Christmas dollars 👍🙏🏽

Been here for an hour now. They don't know how to activate a phone, telling me it will take two hours for the Sim card to even read on the phone. They jump to help whoever else walks in and we continue to wait. So disappointed in this store. I will never be back here again. They deactivate the number and now can't get it back...

Several great and helpful staff. One tall lady is cold and rude, ignores you, snobby. The short ladies are awesome. Great deals on phones and service. Good service where I need it. Staff has great knowledge of cell phones that they carry.
