The young guy at the counter was so awkward and rude. Made us feel like we were giant idiots for inquiring about an upgrade. He was annoyed we walked in the store to be his only customer. No wonder to me no one goes to this place. Learn how to be nice and treat customers with respect. If you can’t work with customers then you need another job. Lose your entitlement.

Amazing customer service and great service. I felt welcome there and like a friend to the staff. Also great prices on phones are really good. I can't give it enough stars!! Also Tailyr the manager is really friendly and so is Shawn actually went above and beyond service to help my mother who has cancer l!! :) I'd say 10 out of 10

David was a helpful salesperson, knew his stuff, was friendly and polite and acknowledged each visitor through the door even though he was helping others, and helped me check my plan and upgrade it for essentially the same price. Wish all AT&T stores had employees like this guy.

This is the only ATT store I will go to. It is less busy than most, which allows the VERY friendly staff to take their time with helping you. The staff went out of their way to help resolve issues and ask questions, and even with getting a whole new phone, we were in and out in under 30 minutes! These guys and gals are the best!
