My husband got this line for my brother who is Challenged in life and is under our care and we went into the local cricket stores and ask if cricket had a way to track a phone they said no we were like really they were like yep you know Privacy act omg I guess if you want you family members to be safe then we have to buy him another phone as well as service provider? Is this true?

This Cricket has a bunch of Con-Artists that work there. They will rip you off so watch out . News 9 is suppose to be doing story about these crooks also. I don't have Twitter or Facebook and I have went into the store and called Cricket customer support so......

I experience was great @ cricket wireless on 44 & sunnylane, I was there on February 3, 2021, I purchase a new phone & Tae'veon help me a whole lot. He was very, very professional, He took the time out to explain several of the phones & cases that I was interesting in. This is hands down the best Cricket location in the MWC/Del City metro area. The ladies that work in here are so helpful and knowledgeable. I am always greeted when I enter the door, and the store is always neat. I recommend this cricket store over the one on SE 29th street- that one never has working a/c and the employees there act miserable. Very glad a friend referred me to the 44th and sunnylane location.

We went there today at 5:45. They already had the doors locked and when they came out to get in their husbands/boyfriends car they didn't acknowledge us or tell us they were closing even earlier than the stated 6pm. Another woman tried before us to go in and the door was locked and they didn't bother to answer the door or anything.The other few times we have been in a they have been rude to us and not helpful at all. We will not be going back to this store.

I went to the store yesterday in the evening and the manager was very rude to me I'm thinking about switch my service to a better customer service providers y'all need to check your manager her name was Crystal I'm getting tired of her rudeness every month when my bill is due. Please let me know any updates before I cut off my service

The the staff is always very helpful and friendly never too busy or put out the answer any of my questions and help me with my phone problems they're very down-to-earth and helpful good prices easy payment plans no hassle I would recommend it to a friend
