They take your money. But when they put it it someone else account and won't refund it back to me. No a good place. There help line is in another country. They don't understand English. And are hard to understand. It's up to you.

I ordered a phone online and through a series of strange events have been unable to obtain the phone I ordered. I have spent way too much time with customer service on the phone without anyone helping me. I went into this store hoping maybe it could be escalated and resolved. Staff was awesome. Fast, efficient and courteous. They were able to help me walk out with a working phone and escalate the problem to where it could be fixed. Wish I had just gone to the store in the first place!

Not happy with them. Said I didn't pay my account last month while on autopay, suspended the account, and had to pay more money to activate it. How do you not pay the account when it's on autopay???🤔🤔🤔😡🤪👎🏾. I'm sure it's above the store, yet the local store is the company.

got a iphone from this place was informed I needed the new connectors for charging? cost fifty more dollars. The old style USB charging cords work just fine. Don't be scammed into buying extras

It was terrible. The lady that worked there didnt have a clue of how to help me and then told me to go somewhere and pay someone to do it. Then she lied and said she didn't have a phone in the store to call customer service but shes working in a store full of phones. Yea ok. I will nevwr in life deal with Cricket again. Their customer service is horrible and they are greedy and money hungry. Have at it!

We went here tonight after getting terrible rude non existent service at the one on 44th and Sunnylane. DaMario and Matt helped us and they were so wonderful! DaMario was super helpful and explained all the features on the phone we were looking at, showed me how to work the phone. I asked him how long he had worked for Cricket as he was super knowledgeable about everything. He told me two weeks! Matt explained to my husband how all the plans worked and how to add more lines, keeping the same telephone numbers, and same phones. We will be back to this store for all our future needs. They both helped us add my numbers and pictures to my new phone and told us if we noticed that some things didn't transfer over to come back and they would do it one by one till they were all there!! They were hard working and super friendly, couldn't pick a better store to go too!
