Guy who helped seemed cool but gave me the run around. I didn’t sign up for Total Protection 360 and he put it on my account. This caused my bill to be over the normal price and I had to call Customer service to get it fixed. Avoid this location and their assistant manager, he’s pompous and unbecoming.

Jayden Keith signed me up for total protection 360 without my permission and when I called him to talk about this issue he refused to help. I asked for the general manager of the store and he refused to provide any additional leadership within. T Mobile has provided no customer service and I will be switching carriers promptly. Avoid avoid avoid.

This T Mobile tower home internet is amazing! We used it in the car from OKC to Houston no issues. If you can plug 🔌 it in you can use it anywhere. Children did school work and watched movies. Trip was quiet and happy! @$50 per month. Unlimited internet This location made sign up fast and easy!

Went in to see if they had any kind of WiFi booster, I was told no, that I’d have to call Sprint customer service. Then Mason, the assistant manager or something, said well in about a year all of the Sprint towers will be removed and you can only use Tmobile’s towers. I explained that I have twice in the last year to switch to a TMOBILE SIM card but by using that, I get no calls and can’t call out from my house. He was more tied up with texting someone on his phone than trying to answer my questions. His advice was just call Sprint and see what they can do. Makes me want to switch carriers …. Poor customer service!

Honestly I would not waste my time going into this sprint store I would rather drive the 10mins to the corporate store on Reno and Midwest blvd they treat there customers amazing and with respect. I've been in the Choctaw sprint store 4 times now and out of 3 of the visits were a bad experience I will not be going back.
