Went above and beyond and ended up ordering one of the 3 phones he was upgrading to make sure he got what he wanted. Jesse has always had amazing customer service, and will be the only one we see at the store long forward! He is an asset to the company for sure!!

Jimmy was awesome! He got me in and fixed in no time flat! He worked to solve my problem to it's conclusion, instead of giving up when the solution didn't sell me something, and that says a lot about the quality of the care these folks show me when I come in. Personally I recommend doing business at this location, since it most often has enough staff to keep the waits short or nil, and they always check every last detail so you get what you're owed.

Well I have been in the Att store with intentions on gaining information on the Samsung deal , but Jessica explained the offer and it was so face value and up front that I turned in two galaxy note 5’s in and got two lines started on a business plan. I was given attention as were all of the other customers Tierra and Miss Robin were also very attentive and excellent in assisting me.
