I ordered last night. Most of my order was perfect and no issue. The gluten free pizza. Toppings were good. Sauce good. Cheese great. The crust however was an affront to the palate. I have enjoyed crackers more than the crust on the gluten free pizza. For 12.99 I am sure that an actual dough could have been made to do this. I suspect that the gluten free option is more lip service and comes in a box that is stored in the walk in cooler and gets used whenever a first time order is placed. This was the first time I had ordered a pizza from pizza hut in over a decade and I suspect that it will be another decade before I try them again. ~Robert

They went out of their way to help me get windshield wipers and installed. Cold and windy and old wipers did not come off easily. Awesome customer service and a great attitude by both employees. ~Elizabeth

Evening staff is very friendly, but serving old food that has been sitting under a heating light is unacceptable. Lastnight i bought a chicken sandwich and fried potatoe wedges, bun was so hard it crumbled the chicken was so dry and over cooked but the worse is the potatoes we're old. Today I have been sick to my stomach. ~Anita

The ONLY reason.. and I cannot stress that enough.. THE ONLY REASON, I am leaving a review, is because of the Phenomenal service I received from an associate working in the electronic department( unfortunately I don’t know the individuals name, but let’s just say if you had the pleasure of knowing you would know who I’m talking about). I saw this individual maintain their department very professionally with ease and at the same time provide superb service to each customer. ~X

I have been wanting a holistic consult for my dog’s allergy issues and we had our first visit here yesterday. The clinic staff were all friendly and we were seen promptly at our scheduled time. Dr. Roach spent an hour and a half getting familiar with our case, explaining all of our options, and giving my dog her first acupuncture treatment. He was very thorough and patient, took time to explain everything, and was willing to listen and answer questions without ever making me feel rushed. He was also very open to discussing things I had read about myself. Within the first minute of examining my dog, he also found a badly broken tooth in the back of her mouth that I didn’t know was there and that needs to be extracted, which he got us scheduled for right away. He is knowledgeable in both conventional and holistic medicine (including TCVM/herbs) and offers some newer holistic treatments that are hard to find, like fecal transplants and ozone therapy. He is knowledgeable in nutrition could help transition a pet to a fresh/raw diet if they weren’t already on one, and can help with safe and sensible vaccinations. He is also connected to some of the best known, leading holistic veterinarians in the country. In the middle of Oklahoma, this practice is an unexpected breath of fresh air. We are just getting started with this new treatment plan and there are no guarantees it will fix all of our problems, but after what I saw yesterday, I believe that if any veterinarian can do it, it’s this one. Would highly recommend a visit with him to any pet parent. ~Ashley

Terrible customer service. The pharmacy tech had a real attitude. First of all the prescription line said that the prescriptions would be ready at 9:08pm. We get there at 9:08 and they tell us that the pharmacy closed at 9 and nothing they could do. Asked for prescriptions to take them someplace else and they said that they couldn't help us. My wife is ill and needed the meds but they said that they couldn't do anything because their system closed down at 9. Came in the next day to get them and the same tech said that they weren't ready and it would be 45 minutes. REALLY??? Terrible customer service. Going to go to Lassiter drug from now on. Locally owned and they care! Update, the pharmacist saw what was going on and he filled the prescriptions, he was very professional and helpful! The tech? No help! Instead she went to the front of the store to talk. Thank you to the pharmacist!! ~Dean

We had the Santa Fe Charbroiled Chicken Sandwich which was excellent, but the cheerful staff made this stop a memorable one Ms. Terri was so kind and actually cheered up our pup who was tired of traveling cross-country. Her spirit obviously sets the standard, because the rest of the staff was just as gracious. I didn't think my faith in humanity would get a positive spike at a drive-thru window, but sometimes it's good to be wrong! ~David

Very awesome place. Can't believe they've been right around the corner n we've been wasting money getting our hair cut at different places trying to find sumone to cut they way we want our hair dun. Will be making this business our primary hair care location from this point forward. Thanks so much Julie, you made my wife very happy. Wife says, "Julie is a fantastic lady" n I well agree. Western Union has come to the rescue for me many times. It seems my children always seem to have car breakdowns or other difficulties pop up whenever they are hundreds of miles away. They call me for money, and I go to Western Union, because instead of having to wait 3 or 4 days for the mail to get there, Western Union gets it there in seconds. They have saved my family a lot of grief over the years. ~Rick

My husband got this line for my brother who is Challenged in life and is under our care and we went into the local cricket stores and ask if cricket had a way to track a phone they said no we were like really they were like yep you know Privacy act omg I guess if you want you family members to be safe then we have to buy him another phone as well as service provider?
