Hubby had an eye infection while we barely got into town. Called in an eye drop RX today at this location with my out-of-state license expecting to run into a problem. Melanie, the pharmacist, was more than courteous and helpful in getting his drops ready. Thanks for the smooth transaction!

My experience with the staff here has been great. Yes, they're usually very busy, but it's a Walmart - what do you expect? They've transferred other prescriptions for me from my old pharmacy and when they've ordered meds, they've arrived when promised. Overall, I've found the staff here to be incredibly competent and professional.

The front staff, techs, and 2 of the pharmacists (tall guy and the other girl- forgot her name but gave me my shots earlier in the year) are GREAT. I have all of my prescriptions filled here for that reason and the fact they know me by name. Bumped a star down for the pharmacist with the glasses who is extremely rude, doesn’t answer questions or concerns, no eye contact and seems like she hates her job. I’ve just started to avoid picking up new RXs when she’s working because I don’t even want to deal with her or her petty attitude. Luckily I live nearby.

Walked up, got my prescription ready, and even tho I've been taking this medicine for over a year I was told I hate to speak with the consultant... so waited for five mins, nothing, three other women standing around staring at us and I finally said I didn't need to talk to anyone and they said it was the law, so we waited another ten mins the only people standing up there, low and behold the lady we were waiting on was standing in the next lane talking to a pharmacy rep about some kind of new medicine. Beyond upset. Won't go back there.

The pharmacist Heather was extremely rude..and before I could even finish my sentence they were saying that they could not fill my prescription. I will never go back to thus place ever again . I really think they need to work on their customer service skill and be more knowledgeable in what they are there for. So went to Santa Rosa Walmart and the people went above and beyond to take care of my needs. Really polite people work at Santa Rosa Walmart.

Walmart pharmacy has the most rude pharmacists and employees are incompetent. Would never recommend this pharmacy to anyone. They do not care whatsoever about customer service - not even a little bit.
