I gave $50 to the cashier to put in the pump and she put it in the wrong pump and when I went to tell her what was my gas she told me that other customers pump and she didn't give me my money back I only was able to recoup $25 she steal from me right on my face ~Victoria

Walked in there on Wednesday afternoon to purchase some items. There were at least 3 or 4 sales people present in the store. Not one of them spoke to me let alone even looked at me to acknowledge my presence in the store. No one greeted me, asked if I needed assistance - nothing! I had an armful of clothes to try on, stood by the fitting rooms for awhile then finally let myself into a room. I was so annoyed I finally left without purchasing the items I wanted. Couldn’t even get anyone’s attention to check me out! The sales associates were just too busy talking to each other about the stuff they purchased with their discount! Needless to saw, I took my business elsewhere. What a shame! ~Jackie

I've been coming to regions in NW FL weekly for almost 7 years for our business. I was so excited to learn that there was a Regions within close proximity to my new neighborhood, so I've recently begun visiting this branch more frequently. I regret having come here each time I do. I am almost always greeted by the same lady with a bitter tone & often many unfriendly things to say. It made me realize how many unkind remarks can be made in 10 minutes if a person looks for the negative in every situation and interaction. It's most surprising because I am a happy & peaceful person, I'm patient & understanding in almost all circumstances. I find that I am always spoken to in a dismissive & condescending tone by one specific individual at one specific location. I've never been treated so poorly & so consistently through giving someone business. I will start making more time in my day to drive out to the branches that seem to light up when they see me. I dread my visits here. ~alyssa

This store always reminds me of a "bargain basement" store. I shop here for clothes on a regular basis. There is an excellent of clothing for both men and women. There is also a decent selection of shoes. As is often the case, there are many more selections of shoes for women than for men. Men just have fewer options and are happy to leave it that way. The reason is reminds me of a bargain basement is there are often significant sales. I bought a shirt today for summer use that was 40% off. It is long sleeved but protects skin against the Florida sun and is made of a cool cloth so it breathes well. My wife bought two pairs of shoes—part of the large selection of women's shoes referenced above. There are also some household goods. The selection strikes me as eclectic. That makes it fun to browse and find out what I may want and knowing I can probably find it at a good price. ~RalphFLA

My grandson, granddaughter and I stopped by Belk today, at Destin Commons. No one greeted us at the door. There were very few shoppers. Prices were extremely high for average clothes. Signs, all over the store, asked me to download the Belk app, for 50-percent off. I shouldn't have to give Belk my personal information to get sale prices. I bought nothing. ~Ann

We own a condo in Fort Walton Beach and purchased some patio furniture from here. Glad we did! The chairs have weathered the direct effects of the ocean very nicely. We needed some protective caps tor the bolt heads and these guys accommodated us with some of these covers. We’ve had these chairs for about 10 years and they still look great. Super service and the staff is awesome. ~Greg
