First, they discriminate against customers with minor issues, putting new installs ahead of them. I arrived 15 min before they opened (7:45am), waited in a line of cars for an hour to be checked in. After noon, I checked on my vehicle. The guy said it was coming up next, but the other attendant interjected, saying she just got a new appointment for a new install that would be first. I asked, "so even though I got here at 7:45am for a minor nail in my tire, it's not first-come-first-serve?". They said nope. They did get my car done an hour later, however, but they left it running off the battery. It drained the battery too low to crank. Fortunately, they did help jump the vehicle, but that shouldn't have happened. Last, I have nice metal tire valve caps, but they threw one away and replaced it with a cheap plastic one. Really? ~Adam
