These crooks towed illegally. They were loading our car within the allowed on-street parking time in our community, but the driver and office refused to even discuss it. I have never encountered such hateful people. They said they have the right to tow 24/7 for street parking and that's NOT what our HOA contract states - On the rules posted at the clubhouse and signs, it designates 12a-6am. ~Mark
