The smell scared me and I quickly realized that the almighty Croc is NOT the shoe for me. Some of the employees would ask if we needed help but, I could feel their eyes watching my every movement. I didn't wear my fratboy attire that day so maybe they had suspicions that I would steal something.

Pricing seemed a little high, but the service was really very good. Poor gal was going back and forth trying to get me a pair of shoes that fit so many times before finally finding a set that fit; I thought she was going have to have a new pair of shoes her self. Ha!

Looked like a nice store but the mask police out front wouldn’t let us in because my 8 year old didn’t have a mask. Their loss not mine. I was going to buy at least 2 pair of shoes.

Walked in with family, everyone had masks on. Young girl associate came angrily walking towards us immediately saying you all must where masks in store. We were. She then pointed to my 9 year old son and told us he must wear one too. As im pulling out one for him to put on, she immediately mouths off to my husband. The vibe was hostile and i had zero interest in spending my money in her store or a store that approaches or speaks to its customers im such a manner that was not needed. We all had masks on. Zero customer service. Walked out And planned on buying a pair or too. Management should definitely watch and pay attention what their sales are when shes working.

Bought a pair of crocs a couple days ago and I called to ask someone to look at the straps because they weren't functioning properly, and the young lady on the phone had the audacity to get an attitude multiple times and laugh at me. When you work in customer service atleast hear the customer out about their issue. Have always bought crocs from this location but if you have any issues you might be in big trouble, not helpful at all.
