Came in last Monday and couldn't find anyone to help me,, stood in the store for awhile but nothing!! was very mad came on my lunch break to get my kids some shoes and it was a complete waist of time

So I went to the store for a specific pair of shoes and I found the ones I want, but they couldn't find the other shoe to the pair. So they said that they would put the shoes on hold when they found the other one. So we leave our number so they can call us when they find the shoe. They call two days later but they dding leave a message. So I went to the store that day and they told me that they had found the shoe, but had sold it to someone else. So that's amazing! You rock Journeys! Thanks for the lie!
