I came in and was looking around today for the cashier to tell my 13-year daughter was trying on a bucket hat; the pocket was for weed in the hat. When I said really?! She is 13; he responded, so what she will learn anyways. Inappropriate, and we ended up leaving without buying anything because of his remarks. I do not recommend this store because of this and will NOT return to it.

This store and the people who work here exceed expectations for what shopping in store should be like. They didn't have the shoes I had my heart set on, but told me what other stores in the mall might have them. In the end, I went back to this store (only because their customer service was great). I tried on a bunch of pairs of shoes until I found some that I love! This store is is THE example of how a store should be run.

Stopped in today with my daughter and had a great time. After purchase I asked if there was a survey and since we don’t get them on receipt I wanted to come on here and say that Evan was amazing!!! Such good vibes. Evan was personable, showed us some cool stuff we wouldn’t have seen otherwise, and they had great taste in music! We definitely felt at home shopping here because of them and will be back in the future. Thanks Evan!!! 10/10

A young Marine veteran employee was extremely polite and helpful. There was no pressure to buy anything and made my daughter's experience very positive, which was great since she is a little nervous about getting into skateboarding.

Order a couple pairs of shoes that they didn't carry in the store. The manager was a huge help. I would absolutely continue to shop here because they were so incredibly helpful.

I just bought my first longboard hybrid here and its amazing!!! The guy who helped was super friendly and nice. He understood a lot about skateboards and didn’t judge me for not knowing much!!!!!! Awesome experience!!!

The service here really was outstanding. My Daughter and my Son both had their first skateboards made here, and the person who built their boards was so helpful. He explained to them what he was doing as he put the boards together, where the best spot to skate in town was (Roberts Skatepark- yes we went- yes it was awesome!)...he even told my kids about a website to check out for skating tips. Yep- we checked that out too. All good advise. Thanks Austin. Stay Awesome.

Great service. A big shout out to Brandon who sorted out a discrepancy with my daughter's points from another store. He was so helpful it actually led us to buy another board as he went above and beyond in my opinion. Would definitely recommend!!!!
