Came here for my 6 PM Covid vaccine appointment on time. After waiting for 20 minutes, went up to the counter to ask if they had me in the queue since people who came later than me were going in. They said I was and they will call me shortly. After waiting for another 30 minutes and was the last one remaining, I went back up and they admitted to mixing up the paperwork. Very shoddy service. Will go for my pharmacy needs elsewhere.

I ordered a cake for my husband’s birthday last week, he likes carrot cake so I called ahead. I was told they had one pre made carrot cake that they could put on hold for me but they could not write on it until I picked it up. I picked up the cake at 6 and asked the guy in the bakery to write Happy Birthday Josh on it. He was the only person behind the counter and he confidently stated he could write this. The guy wrote on the cake for a couple of minutes and then handed it back to me. The writing was crooked, the color was not the same shade of blue and there wasn’t even an exclamation point at the end. I was shocked but took the cake because I knew it was the only carrot cake they had. I paid for it even though the writing was horrendous because I knew we were going to eat it and laugh about it later. I let the manager know the writing was bad but I felt bad asking for a refund since I knew we were going to eat it. I think if you are a business that is advertising beautiful cakes for weddings and graduations you need to have people in the bakery that know how to write something as simple as happy birthday. I will not be buying anything from this bakery again. We all had a good laugh as we cut the cake but honestly it was disappointing and embarrassing.
