Pharmacy is awful with horrible customer service. Store is also pretty bad compared to other CVS's. It's only worth it in a pinch.

I don't know what's going on with the store manager at the CVS in Chanhassen but she has been nothing but rude and crude to me. The deal is, Ms. Manager, that if you don't like your job, you can't take it out on the customers! We're just innocent by standers. If you're unhappy in your world in general, we're still just innocent by standers so taking it out on us isn't going to be effective. It's only going to make you feel better short-term so like wth?? When, in the middle of a conversational transaction, the first thing you do is get on your phone, it strikes me as unprofessional and beyond immature. No judgment. That's just the way it is! Pls get the help and support that you need so that you can, at the very least, be pleasant enough to interact professionally and maturely, with ANY customer. Otherwise you make it scary to go into that CVS store.... is that really what you want??!

I do not like posting bad reviews, though i use this pharmacy as it is most convenient location. Since I started using them it has been nothing but issues - wrong medication, miscommunication, and rude remarks from the workers. If possible, use somewhere else.

Yes, Covid testing has severely complicated the ability to reach someone by phone. Yes, it takes longer to get prescriptions filled. But I've worked with Tim and Jane for over 10 years and I think they do an awesome job under all the stress. As for the staff, I've never had issues. Customers need to understand we're in a pandemic and service has changed. I have a retail job and understand the stress and customer anger over service issues. Be kind and appreciative, please.

Excellent experience at the pharmacy today while receiving a COVID-19 test. I tried booking an appointment with Walgreens, but their website was complicated and there wasn't much availability. It was very easy to get a same-day COVID-19 test appointment. When I arrived, the pharmacy tech was very helpful and guided me through the whole process. It took only about 5-10 minutes. If you are in need of a COVID-19 test, I'd definitely recommend going to CVS.

I always feel bad for the staff here because corporate greed has clearly made it impossible for them to do a good job. It's always terribly understaffed for how busy it is. Whenever I call, I have to wait for at least 20 minutes. Most recently, I waited 30 minutes in the drive-thru in the "full service" lane to pick up a prescription, and when I got to the window, the associate said, "I'm sorry, you can't pick up your prescription here, you need to go to the other lane." Yes. I had to leave the FULL-SERVICE lane to go to the DROP-OFF ONLY lane...to pick up a medication. Internal rage ensued. There was a sign that said COVID-19 testing could take place in the left lane, but there was no other signage that you could not pick up in the full-service lane and you could pick-up in the drop-off only lane. Again, I feel bad for the employees because they're set up for failure. If you need to get a prescription filled here, get the free delivery option. Otherwise, consider going literally anywhere else.

Severely understaffed at 1 pm on a Saturday. One pharmacist and one tech. 6 people in line inside and 7 cars waiting outside. The pharmacist was pulled away by one customer who wanted a flu shot. The tech spent 5 minutes on the phone with some older woman who just wanted a refill. Terrible customer service and terrible management of of not having the correct number of employees on duty. Especially, a designated person at the cash register for those picking up completed refills. Walked out and never got my stuff. Will try the drive-thru another day.

This Pharmacy and store chain takes advantage of people. I do not have insurance, went in for my prescription and was told there were no coupons available. They wanted me to pay $124 for a prescription that cost $24 after I called my doctor and was referred to GoodRx. The pharmacy tech, Jane, did not tell me to go to GoodRx and made no apology for not telling me. I will pay more money through another pharmacy to not go back to CVS.
