Waited 45 minutes in the drive through for a covid test which I had an appointment for only to be told there was a problem with my insurance. Got home, called my insurance and everything was fine. Poor service, and not to mention their drive up speaker is the lowest quality possible.

Drive thru experience is the same as every other review here, they're slow, inconsiderate of your time and energy, and don't make an attempt to communicate anything about why the worker can't move the line up whatsoever. Either the guy is incompetent, or has bad tunnel vision because he doesn't even turn to look and see the 3 or 4 cars lining up in the drive thru. Really sub par customer care. You'd be better off getting an at home covid test instead of waiting to die in your car.

BEWARE!!! Have been waiting in drive through lane for a half hour with no movement. Historically, they would send the car around if an issue with pick up but apparently not anymore. unfortunately, I can't go into the store today so stuck in line..

Waited 23 minutes in the drive thru to be given antibiotics for my son that were not mixed properly. There was no one ahead of me. The pharmacy manager handed me the bottle and even acknowledged that he did not mix them all the way. If the manager feels it's ok to give out antibiotics that are not mixed, what is the standard everyone else is held to?

This is a horrible Walgreens. I don't know what happen to it. The pharmacy sucks also. You have to wait 45 minutes in the drive-thru line just to get your medication now... something if you go inside. Such a shame..

This location is absolutely horrible! Trying to get a pharmacy pickup at ANY time of the day, you better have 60 minutes or more. Do not use this location!

Well, sadly, I can’t recommend this location anymore. I started coming to this location about a year ago, and had nothing but good experience. However, it seems they’ve gotten new staff, and they just aren’t good. The first couple times, I just ignored it, and made excuses for them. But today, I was put on hold, for the second time, for over 30 mins. Last time I got my prescription they said it had to be filled and would be done in 30 minutes. I waited an hour and 30 minutes to be safe. I got there, and they had forgotten to fill it. I’m done going to Walgreens, time to find a new pharmacy!

Went to Urgent Care today and was seen in 15 minutes. My prescription was sent to this pharmacy and it took 3.5 HOURS TO FILL AFTER SHOWING UP TO SEE IF MY PRESCRIPTION WAS READY ONLY TO BE TOLD IT WAS NOT AND WILL BE ANOTHER 45 MINUTES! DONE WITH THIS PHARMACY! NOT THE FIRST TIME THIS HAS HAPPENED!

My son's prescriptions were sent over at 1pm today. I came there twice several hours later and his preacriptions still weren't ready. They said to wait 30min. I came back an hoir later but they still don't have it ready yet. I waited another 30mim in store and had to ask them again for it.

This Walgreens location is the worst. Even though most of the Walgreens are terrible at getting your prescriptions refilled timely this one is the worst. They either need to employ more staff or stick to selling groceries. After placing an online refill order, it stays “in progress” till you either call them or go to the store. While in the store you wait in line for over an hour before someone can attend to you to refill your prescription. Then you wait another half hour till they are done filling it. If zero star was allowed, that’s what they get.
