Stopped here around 2pm on a friday to use the restrooms only.The restrooms here were so clean and smelled so clean too.Something so little means so much when you've been traveling for hours on the road for the past few days.Thank you!

Markee shoes McDonald's and Subway which this location has neither..PJ fresh deli closed on a Friday night. No food for drivers...we run 24/7/365 will not be stopping here again. Cashier was not concerned she just told me to call corporate. I WOULD EXPECT THE MINIMUM AND HAVE HOT DOGS OR TAQUITOES ON THE ROLLER GRILL. BUT NO THAT WOULD HAVE INVOLVED THE 4 PEOPLE STANDING BEHIND THE REGISTER TO ACTUALLY WORK.

No water which means No restroom, No coffee, No soda drink, No shower, No laundry. They are waiting for a pump from North Carolina. Also the internet is bad, even if you’ve bought the premium wifi.

Does not have water so no coffee showers little to no food can’t wash clothes you have to walk to Macdonald next door to go to the bathroom but they close to go inside at 7 pm they don’t know when the water will be back on waiting for the part one person said a few days another said 3 weeks

That was perhaps the best shower of my life including the ones I take with my wife. The water pressure in shower 1 was able to sandblast 10 years of grime where other showers have failed. My only complaint was the sandpaper-like towel. Truckers need fluffy towels, please. Thank you for a wonderful experience. 😁 🤗

We had challenges with the RV and had to leave the RV parked overnight at the pilot station. The people here were friendly help a courteous and reassuring that it was not a big inconvenience to them. The store is clean the restrooms are clean and they have showers here also because it is a travel center. We are grateful to the folks here for being such a generous host to us in our time of need.

Pilot in general is one of the better chain truck stops to pull in to, there are some nicer Pilots and some not so nice. This Pilot was a great experience, Micah at the front desk and the PJ Fresh section was super helpful and friendly. The whole staff for that matter was also super dope. I'd be happy to stop here again in the future.
