First guy that tried to work with us was so unapproachable I ultimately asked for someone else. Jessica on the other hand, was fantastic!! She gave us honest feedback about our options and explained the differences between brands, cushion material, & so on. Will be back the next time we need furniture (as long as she's there) !

Purchased living room furniture from Giles Courtney at Becker Furniture. He is the best sales manager that we had ever experienced. The first time we met, Giles was very helpful in finding the right sofa and fabric and knew exactly where in the store to find it. Giles was very patient and spent approximately 1 hour explaining every detail. The second time in the store we purchased the furniture! We have been to many stores and never had a greater salesman than Giles Courtney. Would highly recommend the Maple Grove store! Visit Giles Courtney while there. The only downside is we weren’t able to change the delivery date without incurring a fee. Overall the experience was great!

We moved our daughter out into her own place over the weekend..(yup I’m sad) while setting up the bedroom I realize the bed frame is wrong. Rolled into the store and Chris was the most helpful fella ever!!! He helped us purchase a new king size foundation, In and out in minutes!

Came in with very vague descriptions of what I needed, but Chris was able to help me narrow in on my vision and pick out a very cohesive and beautiful room. We have been very pleased with the service from our Room Consultant Erin at the Becker Location. She is very knowledgeable and seems to have a very good report with her customers. She helped us select a new sectional and customize the material. She even met us at the Maple Grove location on her day off to expedite the order process. We definitely recommend Becker Furniture World as a place to start the search for furniture. They have a good variety of price points and fair pricing. Thanks again Erin!

Several weeks ago we went to 5 different furniture stores in search of a new couch and 3 chairs. The last stop was Becker in Maple Grove. Jessica greeted us and showed us the Basset Custom Collection, spent some time talking with us about it and gave us some information. We made an appointment to return. She was so helpful--she has excellent knowledge of the brands Becker carries. She helped us make our selections on the couch and we went home with fabrics. We purchased the couch and 3 chairs from her two weeks later. She was available and helpful without being pushy. She provided professional and friendly service--guiding us through the process.
