We have been very pleased with the service from our Room Consultant Erin at the Becker Location. She is very knowledgeable and seems to have a very good report with her customers. She helped us select a new sectional and customize the material. She even met us at the Maple Grove location on her day off to expedite the order process. Beware. Contract - you sign up - they aren't staffed appropriately to fulfill your monthly sessions obligation. They have plenty available during the day - but at night...not great if you work Two cancellations - same day. However, if a member cancels - so sad too bad. Manager - does not return calls/communications. Maybe in over her head. I had to escalate very high to get any attention. I tried to cancel 2x - but, funny, the cancellation didn't "happen." The only saving grace was the therapists. However, that opinion changed last week. Last week, I went in for a rescheduled massage. Not my regular - but I just want to be done with Massage Envy and get my commitment done. The therapist hurt me really bad. I had to ask to lighten up 2x. I ended up with bruises on my my upper back. He only massaged my back - 90 minutes. No shoulders, arms, head... I get that he was new. But, this was tough. There are far better places that you can go that are dependable, honest and follow through on commitments. ~linda

This was one of the best salons I’ve ever been to. Molly was a professional and read my mind on what I wanted. She truly went the extra mile and made me look fantastic. Had an appointment with Brooke, hair turned out fairly well. Wanted it half bleached, and half colored. Took a while but Brooke made it a very comfortable experience. Took care of my hair much better then a previous location I had my hair done at. ~Amy

I brought two of my vehicles here for wheel alignments, tire mounting and balancing among a few other things. I felt that Alex and Taylor didn’t pressure me into extra add ons and were transparent in what I was being charged for. Being new to Maple Grove, I wasn’t sure about going to a “chain auto shop”, but now they have certainly earned my trust and continued business. Thanks guys. ~Brian

It's impossible to call and schedule for a tire change. No one answers the phone and cannot schedule an appointment. Don't buy tires from Sam's or you'll be stuck with tires you can't get an appointment to change. ~Iahc

I also tried filling out a customer survey but there was no code on my receipt. I normally only walk into Cub to grab a few things. I have social anxiety so I'm glad there are options to order my entire grocery order online for pickup. Major props to Cassy who fulfilled my order. Cassy did an amazing job with communication, presenting me with a ton of options for substitutions and even grabbing some additional items that I asked for without hesitation. **It is people like Cassy who make me come back to Cub. Awesome selection of bouquets. I came in last minute to look for a boutonnière and Lindsey helped prepare one for me even though they are usually supposed to be special ordered!
