I got my tires changed here. They were done when they said they would be, and everything appeared to be done correctly.

It's impossible to call and schedule for a tire change. No one answers the phone and cannot schedule an appointment. Don't buy tires from Sam's or you'll be stuck with tires you can't get an appointment to change.

Once you buy your tires at Maple Grove Sam’s, you can never get a hold of someone to make an appointment for rotation/balance of your tires there and if you go in to have it they say they have no time in the day unless you make an appointment first. Sam’s has only one person working there so beware their customer service is very bad since they can’t keep more people in their tire department.
