Kristina was very helpful and thorough. She listened to my concerns, diagnosed me, and answered all questions I had. Took about an hour total for the exam and picking up medication.

Tried to go over lunch for a simple and mild UTI. Male doctor did not seem confident that he could treat it?? Also could barely understand him. After 25 minutes of waiting, the doctor opened the door and had gloves/needles/other trash on the counter and was slowly and carelessly “cleaning”. I left and made an appointment for after work at the Knollwood clinic by my house.

I was seen by nurse Bri and she was excellent!!! One of the sweetest nurses I have ever me :) It was a Sunday as well, and I was treated in a timely matter. The receptionist was also very sweet (Susan).

Absolutely horrible experience!! Would avoid at all costs. Made an online appointment in the morning only to get there and be told that they had 3 people ahead of me and it would be a two hour wait!! My appointment confirmed, if an issue came up I should have been called versus wasting my time driving there and thinking I was going to be seen. The nurse was extremely rude and told me she couldn’t see me because she had to go on lunch... will never be going back to this location. Wish she could be reported.

Horrible experience. I think the ‘nurse’ said 5 words to me the entire time. She didn’t even say what the diagnosis was, I had to read it on my paperwork. At one point I got up and asked if she was done and she said she was still typing notes. It didn’t even seem like she was a nurse?? Would NOT recommend going here.

“Doctor” shows up 15 minutes late and can’t find the keys to open up. Finally seated after waiting 25 minutes. This has happened more than once and I’ll never go back. I’ll gladly pay extra money to see a real doctor. Unacceptable customer service!

Save yourself the time and money and just go to urgent care... Went in on Sunday morning to be seen for pink eye. The "doctor" told me that it was a "cold in the eye" and there was nothing she could do. After being in pain all day, I tried to call the clinic back to see if she would write me a Rx because I clearly had pink eye. I couldn't get through to anyone through the ridiculous automated menu and when I finally thought I was going to talk to someone, the automated voice said they were closed (even though they didn't close until 4 that day) and to call back tomorrow. I even tried calling the Target store but they couldn't connect me to the clinic either, just offered to give me the same 800 number I had just attempted. I ended up going to Urgent Care on Sunday evening and was diagnosed with pink eye and given an antibiotic. I have gone to the CVS Minute Clinic in Chaska several times and had wonderful experiences but this "doctor" (I think her name was Christine) obviously had no idea what she was doing. The assistant who was there (her name was Eve) even told my husband and I that it was her first time at this clinic and nothing was working. That should have been a red flag for us!! I tried to call that stupid 800 number to talk with someone about this but after going round and round with the automated menu and spending 12 mins on hold, I hung up. They don't offer an online comment section so I hope someone from CVS will see this. I want my money back since I had to spend even more at urgent care to be diagnosed with something as simple as pink eye!!

My husband and I have both been to this minute clinic a few times and worst service ever!!!! Wait times are beyond reasonable and we have never received a diagnosis or medication any of the times we've been. Huge waste of money and time!

Waiting over 30 minutes to be told that what I'm experiencing is allergies. I've had allergies my entire life and even though the severity changes, it has never presented itself like this. My medication usually clears it up within a couple hours. What I was experiencing did not clear up after my medication and gradually got worse. Regardless, the nurse practitioner insisted it was allergies. I feel I wasted my time and money coming here.

Went to the Minute Clinic in the CVS Pharmacy a few weeks back after I came down with a flu that wouldn't go away. The Doctor or Nurse or whatever you want to call the person there ran a few tests, eyes, ears, mouth, etc. basically told me nothing. She offered a strep test and when I asked she told me that it doesn't cost anything extra. So I paid a co-pay there at the time of the visit and now I have a another bill from the Minute Clinic and a seperate bill for strep test. I will never go back to this place!! You are better off going to a real doctor and you'll probably pay about the same and actually feel good about the recommendations. Oh.. and not get lied to about what you have to pay for!
