After driving over 3 hours for a simple Covid 19 rapid test, I arrived a few minutes late and was turned away with zero recourse, even though the test only take a minute. I was travelling back to Canada and needed this test to get home today. It is very sad that such callous customer service exists.

I wish I could leave zero stars. I checked in for my 10am appointment and my name was displayed on queue. Waiting room is tucked off to side and saw no one. Name come off of queue (in fact, whole queue was erased). Finally at 10:45am called out to see if I could speak to someone about being seen, and was told I didn’t check in on time (false) and that the practitioner came out to see who was in the waiting area multiple times (false). Target management was very kind, but whomever is working at this clinic is negligent and irresponsible. Shame on this care model that has no accountability.

I had been sick for over a week and lost my voice twice. I made an appt at this clinic for a strep test. I informed the nurse - Tara Olson - about my symptoms: a fever over 101; profound exhaustion; strange shooting pains in my tonsels, no cold symptoms, etc. I did tell her that I took a at-home Covid test at the beginning and I tested negative. I then tested negative for a strep test and she sent me home, with no in-office Covid test. The very next day my husband had to come home from work due to testing positive for Covid. Guess who tested positive less than 24 hours of being seen at this clinic? Me. I didn't have strep, I had Covid!! Looking back, I am shocked that the nurse did not test me while I was in her clinic. Shouldn't Covid tests be a default now, especially if you go in to be seen for weird symptoms?? We've heard time and again that you can take a Covid test too early, and a negative test can turn positive after a few days. Never again with these minute clinics - go to a REAL clinic and be seen by an actual doctor.

Went in for a rapid test (as advertised all over the clinic) they were behind schedule with no communication to those waiting. The nurse was the worst I've ever dealt with. Immediately short and snotty from start to finish. Snapped all the questions then refused to give me a rapid test because she wanted me to go elsewhere and get a different test. Attempted to shove my cards at me damn near hitting me in the chest with them. All the while continuing her horrible attitude. Total waste of time 0/10 would not recommend

Worst experience ever. Costed $141 for a strep test. Nurse Amy Rolfsomething was a huge cun¥. Told her I was exposed to sulfuric acid vapor/fumes and she chocked it up to allergies which I have never had. Not sure but in single digit weather I’m not sure there are many allergens floating around. They make you give them your credit card before they examine you but don’t tell you how much it could cost. Waste of my time and money. I felt belittled and bullied. Worst “nurse” ever.

I was at the minute clinic in midway St. Paul Target. Tara Olsen, the RN was very stubborn, arrogant, conceded, and was talking down to me. She wouldn’t give me a reading of my test. $39 for a reading, and made it seem like I couldn’t afford to pay for it. The clinic is a scam. Please, do not go to this clinic for anything.

Waste of time and money. My son was having corn on little toe finger. I took him to minute clinic. The nurse was clue less of the issue and within minutes told he can't treat it here and need to visit urgent care. I felt that he was not having any knowledge of the issue and about to walk away. Then he charges me for office visit around $99. I asked him at least apply band ed , he was scary to do that as well. It was total waste of time and money.

I had a great experience at the University clinic, the staff was knowledgable, very friendly, and helped me promptly, and even was nice enough to get me a good generic antibiotic, all and all didn't cost me more than $ 152 with the prescription. Couldn't be more pleased.

Called, and called and called... No answer. Show up 45 min before closing knowing exactly what I want done- a rapid strep test. No one in clinic 45 minutes before closing, okay, use kiosk... enter a bunch of fields only to be told- no more apts accepted for the day. Total waste of time. Come on CVS I expect more.
