I've gone here three times. First time I explained I had a sinus infection and they insisted I had covid. They did a covid test but not a test for a bacterial infection. Two days later I got the covid test back, negative. When in, again they insisted I had covid but at least this time they tested for a bacterial infection. Low and behold, bacterial infection as I told them on my first visit. Prescribed what I told them would work. Third time, this time I did have reasonably close contact with a person that recovered from covid so I understand the covid test but again, I asked for a bacteria test. They only tested for covid. Covid test came back negative, I went back but it's a two to three hour wait. I'm now at a different urgent care, hopefully I don't have issues here.

I like everyone at the clinic, but they are so short staff. To get an appointment, it is at least months out. Urgent care is a 2 hour wait.

Friendly receptionist, friendly nurse, friendly and knowledgeable doctor, friendly and skilled lab tech. Everyone was right on time and I didn't even feel a poke when they took blood for labs. 10/10 highly recommend

Everyone was friendly and nice. However the doctor dismissed my health care friends advice and was only give 1 day worth of meds. I should have gone elsewhere.

Everyone involved in every step of the care I received was amazing! Very friendly, positive and caring staff. I came in last minute and the care team sprung into action immediately to get me the acute care I needed. Thanks a million for all the hard work you do for myself and others.

Slowest time to see anyone. Typical wait is a minimum of an hour any visit. Why make an appointment if you are still going to have to wait over an hour? Huge problem with processing that needs fixing immediately.

Brought my daughter in due to a pain she was having that was getting worse. Had an idea what it was, but needed to verify. Was hoping they would be able to take care of it at Urgent Care, but unfortunately, they didn't feel comfortable with the location of it. With that being said, the wait time was great. From the time we checked in, till the time we were seen, maybe 15 minuets. Even though they couldn't take care of the problem directly, they got everything rolling as far as medication needed to help fight the infection that was starting and a referral to see a specialist. I was happy with our experience.

Reception is wonderful, as well as the nurses. Too bad the doctors have no clue how to relate with patients or give quality care. I felt as if my symptoms were minimized and dismissed and it seems as though they just want to get you to keep coming back for appointments without ever providing patient centered care to resolve issues.

I’ve been here on many different occasions. And every time I go there the doctors aren’t good at all. I went there once for a deep cut that needed stitches. The dr barely looked at it and said I can give you ointment and a bandaid! Really? Thanks! All cause they were going to close soon. Then I go in there cause I fell and hurt a few different things and again it was late so I got “ we got to hurry and get an X-ray I may be able to read it. She examine my knee at all! She glanced at it and said it looks good. I hit my head and had a migraine as well and she didn’t even address that issue! Just have to hurry hurry hurry all the time! I’m so disappointed in this place! The nurse I seen was amazing though! And so was everyone else I came across there! But if you want good care and want something done then don’t go here! The doctors aren’t good at all! Not the ones I’ve seen anyways! So I won’t go back there anymore! I would save your time and go somewhere else!

Staff was very nice. Place is very nice. However you should note on your website that you are staffed with "drs" that say they're Not Allowed to give certain meds. Wouldve saved me from wasting my time. "Dr" never said a word that my BP was 166/121...Nice. I better not see a bill. That's false advertising AND dangerous
