My sister booked my daughter with Molly for a dye and cut $171.00 my daughter came back no cut had foils done with grey hair! Now her hair is jacked for school pictures definitely don't even deserve a one star rating never again!!!!!!!!!! Was supposed to be blonde with a hair cut it's not that hard to strip hair! Not professional at all, my hair was not styled, just dryed and hairsprayed for seventy dollars. I spoke with management and they did absolutely nothing. I will never go back and do not recommend this establishment.

I’ve been taking my toddler to get haircuts by Lo and she always does such a great job! She’s wonderful with my son and somehow manages to get him to sit still the entire time, which isn’t easy with a 21 month old. We’re always left feeling satisfied. I would highly recommend Lo! Service: Haircut

My girlfriend went here to get her hair done a while ago and was deeply disappointed with the service. To start her hair turned out orange rather than blonde. And when she tried to contact the business, the stylist would not work out any kind of compromise to help fix the problem. My girlfriend then tried to get in contact with the manager and never received a response. Now she has gone to another hair salon and the stylist said she would have to pay $400 to fix her hair because it was "ruined by the previous stylist". The new stylist said my girlfriend's hair was "fried" and would need a lot of work to fix. This business may do well with others and my girlfriend thought it would be great due to the reviews but instead has spent a lot of time crying due to the service. Services: Hairstyling, Balayage

The salon is very cute and the staff/stylist all seems friendly . That being said I have never been more disappointed in my hair cut and color. The color is absolutely terrible, I tried to show pictures of color examples and felt like the stylist barely looked or discussed what I wanted. My hair is naturally blonde, I left with an overall grey tone and darker patchy parts.I was looking for a wispy bang, what I have are two VERY uneven chunks on the sides of my face. I just moved to Minnesota and have been searching for a salon with stylist that can do balayage for my hair - which I have to say is super thick and long (I’m normally at any salon for a minimum of 3.5 hours). I went to willow salon and I have to say I love my hair! I went from brown/blonde balayage to the brown/grey balayage with Brit. She spent so much time making sure everything was properly highlighted, blended, toned and perfect grey coverage. I love my hair! After my service - I realized a needed more toner and I paid for a cut - which we didn’t do (both of us forgot), so I needed a cut or refund. I called and spoke to the owner Nicole and manager and they were absolutely amazing! They made time for me immediately and took care of my needs and ensured I was happy with everything. I would definitely recommend Willow Salon! Not only do they do an amazing job, have great customer service, amazing hours, but they actually care. They want you leaving the salon loving your hair.
