We had the pleasure of working with Justin Ritchie at Ashley Furniture, and the whole experience was amazing! He was super helpful and answered all our questions we had and even gave us his opinions on what to buy and not buy! We ended up buying on purple mattress and a diner table that will fit in our kitchen so much better then what we currently have! I recommend when you go shop for furniture at Ashley, ask for Justin, he will treat you right!!

We are very happy with our recent purchase from Ashley HomeStore. Our salesman Justin was very helpful with finding everything we needed, he was very knowledgeable about all their products, financing and delivery. He made our experience very pleasant. Delivery was fast and on time, we stopped a few other places before here and were utterly shocked at some of their delivery wait times and almost gave up on trying to buy new furniture. This place is by far faster and we will definitely be back!

Everyone is so friendly there and always quick to answer my question when I call. I do leave them 3 because unless you order them in stock getting your items is like pulling teeth. Ordered back in feb. Got a few items right away. Called April to find out a couple of my items were in stock. Set up a delivery date and told me the other stuff probably mid May. Called back mid May. Had another item in stock and the other item got pushed back mid June or later. My question is why do I have to call Everytime when my items come back in stock. Should be something you guys should be doing on your end. How long were the items I’ve been waiting on been in your warehouse before I even called you guys to get them? Poor customer assurance in that aspect. But at least I’m still getting my items eventually even if it’s a little frustrating. Going forward I will never order from from y'all again unless it’s in stock. Delivery drivers were all super nice and on the quoted time I was told for delivery too!

We went to buy a bed mattress. No one greeted us. Hostess was on her phone, texting. We toured the entire store and no one approached us to ask if they could help us. One associate was helping another couple on his computer and he just nodded to us. As we were leaving, we saw 3 associates talking to each other in the middle of the show room floor. Needless to say, we didn't buy a mattress there!

Update: The store Mgr. authoritized an exchange that was delivered today.. so far so good.. I can still faintly smell something but it is better. Purchased a sofa that was delivered completely in its original packaging. This sofa is giving off gasses that I can taste on my tongue. There was no information about how to deal with "off gassing" nor did the salesman mention this when I bought it. I tried calling the store 5 times from my land line with no answer but when I used my cellphone the receptionist picked up right away. She deferred me to an 800#. I am not happy with Ashley St . Cloud store!
