We were given excellent, kind, respectful service by both our sales people. The first time I was there with my adult children and then I brought my husband to sit on the furniture we chose to make sure it was comfortable for him. On top of that, we got a great deal!

Daniel was our sales associate, we told him what we were looking for and he was able to direct us to the best choices. We are looking for a motion controlled recliner for my mother. We looked at seven chairs and found one that would work great. The reason I gave four out of five stars was the service was fantastic however I felt the prices were somewhat out of our price range. I was a bit disappointed to know that delivery was so high. That of course is a consideration into the total price.

In store customer service with Gus was awesome! So helpful and honest. Tyler and Sam, who delivered our furniture were awesome too! They navigated a difficult driveway, we're super friendly, great to work with! Thanks Becker Furniture!

Bought a couch and recliner here back in 2015. Was duped in to buying the extended 5 year warranty on them (which I usually NEVER do). Our sales guy assured us that it covers everything. We even asked him "so if our dog pukes on the couch you guys would clean it or replace the fabric or whatever?" Fast forward about 4 years and the fabric started coming apart to the point that stuffing was coming out of the cushion. No worries we thought. Contacted the warranty company, sent them photos etc. Of course, they didn't cover it since it wasn't a manufacturing defect and (to them) it looks like someone ripped the couch. Years later now and we still have a rip in our couch and wasted like $180 on a bogus warranty. If I want a quality piece of furniture I would not choose Becker furniture. They also sell Ashley furniture, and that stuff is cheap mass produced junk. We go down the road to Furniture and Things now where you can custom order American made furniture that will last.

We had such a great experience at Becker Furniture World. I'm so glad that we weren't hovered around like the sales person was a vulture. He gave us space to make our decisions, and just space in general and came to check on us and answer any questions that we had throughout our shopping experience. It was a great experience!!

My wife and I are long time customers. I wanted to let you know we were very pleased with the service provided by our furniture delivery drivers, Robby and Braydan on our recent order. They were on time, friendly, and demonstrated great customer service. It is apparent that they enjoyed what they were doing. They made sure the furniture fit exactly the way we wanted, making some adjustments to the sectional to make sure everything was properly aligned. Thanks, Becker Furniture World.

STAY AWAY!!!!! They seem to use a "bait and switch" form of doing business. They send coupons that can only be used on items not on sale. According to them everything is on sale so the coupons are worthless. We ordered two twin mattresses. They had to order one. They ordered two. When they came in the mattresses weren't even close to the ones we ordered. They were about 2" thick. More like a mattress pad. We went to the store and explained what happened. We were told there was a wrong tag on the mattress at the time of ordering. A sales person did the ordering, not us. We pointed to the mattress, she ordered them. The mattress price was $595.00 not $179.00 on sale like we were told. The coupon was expired by this time, but they would make an exception so we could still use it. We couldn't use it on that mattress however because it was a customer return. If we wanted to use it on a new mattress the price was $959.00. Just stay away. That's our advice. We had to give at least one star to write a review, otherwise there wouldn't be any.

With department store prices I expect customer service to be very engaging. I'm going for the experience, not to be dismissed. We ended up buying our mattress online... You can find some deals in the clearance department though.

Went up to Becker furniture & Mattress store today in Becker Minnesota. Huge selection. Went looking for a dinning room table and was joined by a staff member immediately. She started asking questions to get a good idea of what we want, design, style, color, size, etc. We were brought to the best area in the store to meet our specifications. We ended up finding a very nice table. Then we wanted to find the chairs to go with it. Wanted to have cushioned seating as well. She then took us to the fabrics first and found a good color connection. They are very nice people there. If you are looking for something, this is the place to go.
