Inattentive staff... wanted to pick up my photo order waited at the photo section for about 8 minutes two staff clearly saw me. Then stood in the check out line to ask them to please come help me. Instead of helping me he paged someone so 5 more minutes of waiting. Then I finally get my stuff and am told go to the checkout line to pay that is about 7 people deep. Yet that staff goes back to stocking a shelf vs realizing hey there a million people trying to check out. Pretty ridiculous. A 5 minute stop turns into a 30.

Walgreens the one I go to it's always open 24/7 all Walgreens stores are great ones open 24/7 or one's open from 9:00 to 10:00 at night they're all good. You're always willing to help you

I've been using this walgreens for over 15 years for my prescriptions... and within the last few years it's just became worse and worse... expect a headache EVERY time you go through them. I used to love how friendly everyone was and now they're just rude and confused on their own jobs.

This place was beyond a level of incompetence that I thought existed on this planet. Waited 2 hours in the drive through. Once it was my turn, gave the gentleman my son's insurance card, photo ID and credit card. After 20 minutes the gentleman behind the counter told me he couldn't find the prescription and asked if I had my dog with me. I politely informed him that the meds were for my son. After another excruciating 30 minutes the gentleman against all odds finds the prescription. Has to mix it (still not 100%on that) and places my ID and insurance card in the bag. I had to ask for my CC back. If I could have fired him, I would have. This level of service was mind boggling. I will be finding another location.

Both the blaine locations have some of the slowest most incompetent workers they could pick from. If you have a half hour to wait, and then wait another half hour in line while they prepare your covid test, then look no further. Pretty bad service. Would not recommend

So I used to love this place things were on time had no problems and usually dealt with an assistant named Andrew who was great. I rarely see Andrew anymore and thats too bad. Now I get impolite people who offer no help. I have gotten notifications that things are ready but get there and they are not. Wait times in line have become horrendous. Its just getting to the point I am considering moving all our meds to another provider.

Gave me wrong prescription. When I got home, I discovered the error. Took back and BOTH the counter person AND the Pharmacist BLAMED me for the mistake ("didn't you check before you left the store") and ARGUED with me for several minutes before FINALLY agreeing to take back the incorrect item and give me the correct prescription. This is NOT the 1st time we have had problems with this Walgreens. Their notification phone system SUCKS and gives incorrect information regularly, telling you your prescriptions are ready and they aren't when you get to the store (SCAM to get you to shop for 20 minutes while they fill it if you want to wait). Regularly can only fill part of my prescription, requiring me to come back a later day to get the rest. Tell me they have to check with my doctor before filling the prescription and my doctor tells me many times that is bogus. Pharmacist actually refused to fill one of my prescriptions, telling me my doctor was wrong. Doctor had to call Walgreens and set them straight. Don't use the drive-up window because you will sit there for 1/2 hour waiting for people taking Covid tests (they only do Covid tests at the drive-up window, not inside). We WILL be changing our prescriptions to WalMart from now on, no more business to Walgreens - we are DONE.

Normally I love this Walgreens, but today I needed to fill some prescriptions and I waited 15 minutes to drop them off, 25 minutes for them to be filled and waited in the drive through line for an onother 25-30 minutes. So ready for things to get back to normal.

Called in RX the night before, told me it would be ready in the morning, waited till 11am since I know they are slow…..still not ready. Slowest Walgreens ever.
