I will never shop at this Walgreens ever again. I was in line when a lady asked for proof that her transaction was void and the woman walked out the store. I don't know if he was a manager or what he turned to the other worker and said, she can't come in the store anymore. I'm wondering why? Just because she asked for proof you don't want her in the store, that was uncalled for. This is how the workers act. I called 1800WALGRENS and they didn't care either.

I did a curbside order for my husband to pick up after work. For some reason, a recipt didn't print for the order. The manager and cashier argued with my husband about it. My husband called me and asked me to call them. When I called and asked for a manager, I immediately was asked if I was the "lady that needs a paper receipt" and she tried telling me I needed to come in tomorrow so the store manager can fix it since the manager tonight is new. Then, she transferred me to said manager and he tried telling me I have digital receipts. I never signed up for them, I verified on my app I don't have them, AND I do curbside orders all the time. I'm not sure what is wrong with the register, but they didn't even offer to reprint the receipt from the office computer. Disappointing that they are so rude when they are one of the few stores that carries the diapers I need.

I have a 2yr old that is potty training. They would not allow him to use the bathroom and were extremely rude about it.

The cashier cate isn’t made for this job. And before you get down on me for thinking it’s because of her physical challenges. Trust me it’s not. Both me and my boyfriend were there the other night and she was checking us out the total came to $12.48, we gave her a $20. She gave us $2.22 back. Once we realized she didn’t give us the right amount back. We went back to talk to her. She simply waved us off and stated she didn’t get it wrong. I understand it’s may be only 5 dollars but those five dollars could make a difference in someone’s lifestyle. So when I asked to speak with someone she didn’t call the manager and told us others were waiting in the line. So we decided to leave. I think she should be talked about dealing with customers better

KEVIN is so rude! I had to ask if we were bothering him and his response was that he was tired. 😒 He needs to NEVER be working with the public. He was under the impression that the public was supposed to cater to his mood. I'll be calling corporate and leaving a message for John his manager. Kindness is FREE KEVIN. Get yourself together! Customers deserve friendly service and a smile. 🤷🏽♀️

6 passport pictures for $45, serious rip off. The store manager here would try to make sure they get to rio you off, he could’ve made a disc and print copies for way cheaper. But no, he made sure he did everything without giving you any option, and that you’re pay $45 for 6 copies of pictures. I had to come because of emergency, otherwise AVOID AT ALL COST.

I was at this location today, at the pharmacy line. I noticed that there weren't any partitions, to at least keep customers from moving up, while the other customer is conversing about their prescriptions, and/or health. I've been to other walgreens, and to say the least, I've seen barriers protecting customers privacy. This is what happened to me today. As I approached the desk, the customer behind me, moved up. I asked him to step back, and this man, with dark shades on, became offended. I already knew he was ignorant and was not aware of HIPPA laws, because of how he became loud and obviously showing out in front of his family. The Assistant manager; he was a joke as well, didnt even ask what the problem was. The main pharmacy manager was not in. I did call walgreens customer service to make a complaint, and I was told that I would be receiving a call. I'll see!!

Customer service was awesome there, the male supervisor brian maybe was his name, was very helpful called around for me for the silly easter candy and the cashier was so pleasant I think penny might of been her name, not sure I missed placed my receipt that had the names on them. I actually never shopped in that store from the outside its very a dark store, but I believe I will make more of an effort to stop in there. Thank you for your wonderful service.
