----MAKE SURE THE STORE IS OPEN BEFORE YOU ORDER---- i was to busy to leave work so we ordered from THIS LOCATION....one hr passes and we still dont have food so we call, and the phone just rings and rings, we ended up going to the store because it was a big order for our floor like 75$ only to find out the lights were off and no one was working.....took our lunch money and never refunded us.....do not go here they are crooks!

ETA - It is now 2 weeks later beyond my initial experience and I still have not received a refund despite multiple promises from this store and from corporate that this would happen. I am beyond myself - this is the worst service I have ever received from any food establishment. If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered food from a hotel that is 2 minutes away, I waited for more than an hour to be told that the food was on the way. Then they claimed it was delivered to the “Security desk.” There is no such desk. It was not at the front desk of our hotel or the next door hotel. I then called and was told it was being remade to be brought to me. Another 20 minutes pass and I still have not received my food - again I remind you I’m a 2 minute drive away, but I don’t have a vehicle to get to the restaurant. I was told my food was on the way and I requested a refund. Another 5 minutes pass and still no food. I call again and they tell me my order will not be delivered since I requested a refund. Beyond disappointed.

It's 3:10pm on Monday, July 18th. There's a few workers in there but doors are locked. This is the second time I came to this location during hours to find door locked.

Not open. Have tried to eat here a few times and it isn't open during hours when it is supposed to be open. No signs on the door to explain being closed during the middle of the day. Don't bother coming here until they decide to open during their posted hours.

Apparently “freaky fast” means two hours consistently. Should I stop ordering from this location? Probably. However, it is the closest location and I enjoy the product. If your store is behind, there should be a phone call or some sort of communication to keep a customer posted. We ordered today at 11:45am. We just received our order at 1:45pm. No apologies either. The driver just set it at our door, no knock or anything, after we let them into the complex from their call.

Put in an order online in the morning (7:15am) for delivery later in the day (11:30am). As I write this, the delivery is 45 minutes late. When I called the store, the person that I spoke to told me that my delivery was "on the road". When I mentioned that the online tracker didn't list it as "Out For Delivery" he changed his assessment to "It's going out the door as we speak". This is the second time in the last week that I have ordered from this location and the delivery has been over 45 minutes late. Would not recommend, at least for ordering lunch during the week.

Customer Service SUCKS! They do not want to work with people who order food online and when it DOES NOT SHOW UP, they mark it as delivered. Good thing I called Corporate Jimmy John's to put in a complaint.

This Jimmy Johns delivers on the Jimmy Johns promise. For me, that means a Gargantuan with the turkey on the side for Angel-baby. They wrap it up in it's own little package. Plus, in my humble, I think Jimmy-J's has the best bread. I'm a great big fat guy, I know my bread. Trust me.

I work remotely so I ordered a JJ order at 11:45am. It’s now 1:10pm and still no delivery. I called the store several times and they put me on hold for five minutes plus. I called back and they put me back on hold again. It’s already been authorized out of my credit card I hope they refund me like she indicated. Super rude person will never order again! Super disappointed as I’m a big Jimmy John’s fan!

This Jimmy John's really goes above and beyond. Being pregnant I have had a little obsession the past couple weeks - and today when he brought my order he threw in a cookie for the pregnant lady just because. ♡ day was totally made and their fast delivery and dedication really shows!
