I am a truck driver, I was nearby, I needed diesel fuel, and on my gps says they are a truck stop. I was calling 3 times to check if I can access with a trailer and the person on the other side would pick up and hung up immediately. Very bad, you don't do that, you lost me as a customer plus you get very bad review which divert the customers from you. If you treat the people on the phone like this then I can imagine how bad you are in person.

All this Speedway does now is go on 5-10 minute breaks all the time, this is new and very annoying.

Just left this speedway it's 7:37am March 31st. No pizza, 0 hot food in the window. I rush out to hopefully find breakfast somewhere before work. I called that speedway to ask the guy working what time they have food out so I know for the future. The guy keeps not answering the phone. Finally the 4th time calling he answers but puts me on hold or something and eventually I just hang up. You can always tell who the good workers are when there is food available..

(Happened in July of 2020) After driving for 16 hour I stop in to use the restroom and get some drinks and accidentally forgot my mask (I don’t mind wearing one at all, I just forgot). Eugene RUDELY yells at me to have one on while he refuses to wear one himself! I asked him where his mask was and he got made saying “I have one” and he still refused to put one on. He was turning customers away for not having them while he still refused to wear one.

I had a horrible experience this morning. I stop by to get some junk food and a lot of drinks. But the cashier ( short hair blonde). Was very disrespectful and rude with us. Maybe because I am Hispanic because she was nice with the rest of the people.

Management treats customers poorly. Probably the worse stocked Speedway I've been in. The other day the air machine was down, also today I was told they can't do money orders for 3 weeks. The manager blurted it out at me rudely. I haven't read any of the reviews, but I'm pretty sure this particular manager has complaints on here. He's a short to normal height lighter skin guy who works on sundays around noon. He always seem to have a chip on his shoulder. What's sad is, most of the regular employees that work there treat you pretty good. I go out of my way not to go to that location. I originally lived in Woodbury and this type of service would never be tolerated by customers.

The absolute kindess employee rung me up today. I am a very small human and was carrying 2 12-pack and 3 bottles of soda and the cashier actually offered to help bring them to my car! I politely declined as I have too much pride, but it was so awesome to have such good service. I didn’t get his name but seriously, awesome guy! I usually come at night and the night staff are super fun and delightful as well. Plus the deals are WAY better than they were previously
