These guys were great! I got a flat tire. The tire could not be repaired. We had to buy one from them. They were able to locate the tire we needed and then installed it so we could be on our way. I would recommend this place to anyone. Service: Tires

car wouldn’t start got a half price tow to their store via my insurance. The tow guy was awesome and I needed a new alternator. They immediately called me with a quote and were happy to work with me. In and out same day. Great experience, friendly, and helpful staff.

Woke up to a flat tire on a Sunday. Needed to get someone to fix the tire before Monday so I could get to work. Called Bobby & Steve's Auto World and spoke with Tim. I walked in with a punctured tire just 45 minutes before closing time with multiple customers in line in front of me. The staff were able to plug and patch my leak in record time even though I’m on run-flats. Respectful staff, great service, would recommend to anyone. Service: Tires

I was there around 2:30 am tonight and was so happy they were open. Marcus (I think that was his name) is a great employee and so nice. It’s refreshing to be able to talk to the people behind the counter here, compared to other gas stations in the area. Thank you!

Went in to fix my flat tire Sunday and service advisor said we will fix the tire “if it’s fixable if not we will let you know.” The technician fixed the tire and I paid the fee. The tire kept losing air and I went back. The manager name Wayne Keeran helped me. He saw the tire and said the tire is not fixable and I need to buy tire from them. I asked him why they fixed the tire if its was not fixable on Sunday. He said “ I don’t want to argue with you and I’m not sure if it’s the tire we fixed”. Accusing me lying. This was my first time using their service and the only reason I went there it’s was late Sunday and everywhere else was closed or needed appointment. I don’t recommend anyone to go there and spend their hard earn money to get that kind of service. Service: Tires

Always great service. The front desk guys are always funny and entertaining. My office is right across the street, so Bobby & Steve's is very convenient for me to just drop it off and leave it for as long as they need the car, but they are always very fast in getting the work done. Wayne and Terry were terrific! I dropped off my car and was given a ride back to work and a ride to pick up my car with no additional charge. The service was fast and the issue was fixed so quickly! I’ll be coming back for all other services. Thanks guys!

Always come back to Bobby and Steve's. They are fair and honest and take care repair seriously. I always appreciate them being upfront about any upcoming issues my car might have. Predictability is priceless in these unpredictable times. I always know what to expect when I bring our vehicles in to the Bloomington B&S's Auto World. Starting from the good guys at the front desk who seem like a pretty happy bunch, always on their game, and great at getting me checked in quickly. I like that I always get a text or call back quickly to discuss the diagnoses before starting the work. I had two tires that kept losing air and a tire pressure warning light that would never go off. The mechanics replaced one bad air stem, removed and cleaned the rim on another tire and got it all done in a couple of hours. Service: Tires
