the car wash was great. people complain about the parking lot but what do you expect its a gas station parking lot go fill up at sam's club or costco if you want a better parking lot.

This place has gone so far downhill since it changed from Super America. Trash everywhere, flies around the sink (right next to the hot dog rollers). Service is most always slow and usually not very friendly. I regret coming here everytime that I have to since it's right near work.

Place is OK during the day. Do not come here after 9pm. The staff has no idea what there doing. Why leave someone who doesn't know how to do there job alone on overnights?

This is the trashiest gas station in Shakopee. Avoid this place at all costs. The gentleman with the long goatee facial hair and no teeth was super rude. I took cash out of the cash machine and asked him to break a $20 and his comment back was were not a bank and he wouldn’t break my $20. I used to shop at this gas station every day due it’s close to my work. But now have decide to start using Holiday on the south side of 169 instead. It is much cleaner and the people that work there are much more professional.

The people that work there don't care and are grumpy. I have been stopping in there every Friday and Saturday night for three months with no real positive customer service experiences, only poor ones. For example, once after going to a Twins game I tried to cash in the discounted gas on the back of the ticket that is promoted all game long at the stadium. They guy behind the cash register said he didn't know how to do that and refused to research it and charged me full price. Another time I had to listen to one of the workers explain to his co-worker all his "baby mama drama" before helping me. Not to mention, the employees always seem crabby and distracted. There are often long waits to pay at this location, mostly because they only seem to ever have one person running a register while the other employee in the store appears to be doing nothing.

Store has gone severely downhill in the last few months after what looked like a bunch of turnovers. Not exactly sure what happened but all of a sudden all the employees I recognized were gone. Now in the mornings, there's typically only one person at the register with a line of 5+ people waiting. Current employees are not very responsive to things that need to be done, i.e. empty coffee and also seem to have trouble stocking shelves with consistency (specific to the Mt. Dew and Diet Mt Dew constantly being mixed together in the cooler in recent weeks). Gave this place another chance this morning, cashier got offended that I seemed tired of hearing the same 'Want an SA card?!' speech that those of us without cards hear all the time and spoke over her in order to say 'no'. Like I said, not 100% sure what changed, but I'm 100% sure I'm done with the place.

Store is usually clean and decent price on gas. Two stars because I tried to sign up for the unlimited wash. Was informed that only one employee can do it and I had to come in on a Wednesday or Thursday. Also there is usually long lines here.

This store is so clean. I bypass 3 other SA's just to go to this one. I've been going 4 to 5 times a week for about 6 months for my coffee and donut before work. I only recall 2 times the green light blinking on the coffee. Morgan is always busy and you can tell she cares about the store. My fave though is McKenzie. She is super helpful and really nice.
