Good selection of decent-quality goods, from clothing and jewelry to household appliances, linen, and even some good chocolates and sweets. Good sale and clearance prices. Employees are competent and courteous, but the store is understaffed. Difficult to find help out on the floor if you need it. Kohl's provides return service drop-off for Amazon purchases, which is nice. ~Marauder

I come in regularly, and i have always had nothing but great costumer service until today.. i had gotten a 20oz Karuba frappe, and the lady had told me 4.07. I gave her a 10 and told her hold on i have 7 cents. She completely ignored it so i said it again.. then she said the transactions to late in a very rude way as im holding the 7 cents.. i go uhm i have the 7 cents as shes telling me my change is 5.93. She proceeds to get an attitude with me and tell me the transaction is already done EVEN tho her register is open. I told her uhm you can still take it your register is open and your til wouldnt be short. I know this because i have managed multiple retail stores, worked in cash offices, i know that it just balanced it out, your til would not be messed up considering you still have your dollar but in change instead of in a bill form.. im not sure why she proceeded to have an attitude with me.. but regardless, if i ever saw any of my employees causing an argument over exact change with any of my costumers, they would be suspended or fired on spot. Completely unacceptable behavior from that lady. ~Grace

This bad review has nothing to do with the service but the treatment of management. These guys are currently paying a guy just above minimum wage. Not even to some recovering drugee but a nice, young honest fellar. Absolutely scummy behavior. Knowing this economy extremely few can live of that low of a wage. The young man says he's in transition to another job, so he'll be giving his honest labor to a company more deserving ~Les

Came to paint department and no one was to be found. Got someone to page for assistance 3 times…. 16 minutes later this young guy named Alex came and was very patient and helpful and knowledgeable. He said his shift was over 5 hours ago. I told him how much we appreciate him working tonight. Because there was 3 more customers after me. Alex deserves a nice raise and acknowledgement from his management. He went far and above for other customers while I was waiting for my paint to be done. ~Inna
