I come in regularly, and i have always had nothing but great costumer service until today.. i had gotten a 20oz Karuba frappe, and the lady had told me 4.07. I gave her a 10 and told her hold on i have 7 cents. She completely ignored it so i said it again.. then she said the transactions to late in a very rude way as im holding the 7 cents.. i go uhm i have the 7 cents as shes telling me my change is 5.93. She proceeds to get an attitude with me and tell me the transaction is already done EVEN tho her register is open. I told her uhm you can still take it your register is open and your til wouldnt be short. I know this because i have managed multiple retail stores, worked in cash offices, i know that it just balanced it out, your til would not be messed up considering you still have your dollar but in change instead of in a bill form.. im not sure why she proceeded to have an attitude with me.. but regardless, if i ever saw any of my employees causing an argument over exact change with any of my costumers, they would be suspended or fired on spot. Completely unacceptable behavior from that lady. ~Grace
