I come in regularly, and i have always had nothing but great costumer service until today.. i had gotten a 20oz Karuba frappe, and the lady had told me 4.07. I gave her a 10 and told her hold on i have 7 cents. She completely ignored it so i said it again.. then she said the transactions to late in a very rude way as im holding the 7 cents.. i go uhm i have the 7 cents as shes telling me my change is 5.93. She proceeds to get an attitude with me and tell me the transaction is already done EVEN tho her register is open. I told her uhm you can still take it your register is open and your til wouldnt be short. I know this because i have managed multiple retail stores, worked in cash offices, i know that it just balanced it out, your til would not be messed up considering you still have your dollar but in change instead of in a bill form.. im not sure why she proceeded to have an attitude with me.. but regardless, if i ever saw any of my employees causing an argument over exact change with any of my costumers, they would be suspended or fired on spot. Completely unacceptable behavior from that lady.

Very convenient store and gas station. Very low prices for food and fair gas prices. Excellent parking. Great location. Excellent staff. Will be coming here very, very often. Their rewards system rocks!

Don’t come here super often but have always generally liked Kwik Trip never had a bad experience till today. Went in just to buy milk, one if the first things I see is an employee stocking food with no mask on at all. I also notice several customers have no mask on as well and no one is enforcing the statewide policy. I did ask the employee who checked me out and told her the employee I saw with out one as well as various customers. She had no response and just stared at me. I just calmly mentioned it. Whether you believe in it or not currently there is a well warranted mandatory mask mandate for indoor public spaces. There’s a sign on the door saying masks are required. As a customer that doesn’t make me feel like where I’m doing business is sanitary, what other health precautions are they not abiding by?

Stopped here yesterday before work and ended up having a wonderful experience- at 8:30 in the morning, the staff was incredible! Upbeat attitudes, joyous laughter, and greeting customers and regulars like neighbors. Getting a fill up at this place was an amazing start to my day, and I will definitely be coming back!

Best most versatile carwash in town. You can choose soft touch or touch free and they have two bays for more cars to go through. It gets busy on nice days in the winter so be prepared to wait at times.
