You may want to check prices on the counter before paying, because they put on the shelves one price and at the counter they charge more of the price of the product,I asked one the manager why? she said because the store is one owner not a frenzied and he can charge wherever he wants I try to return the product and she say I can't I have to wait to the next day to do it... This will be may last time I shop at this store...

One of the ladies that work here was extremely rude to an elderly handicapped man who couldn’t count his money. She forced him to physically count the money even though he was struggling his hardest. I’ve never seen anybody be as rude as her in my life. And I believe she still works here. I live in the community and I will never go back to this place until she is fired I can’t believe she still works there after what she did I went to a different location and showed a manager of the video of her doing what she did so it’s so incredibly crazy that she is still working there. They should just close this location down.

Never open. Even when it says it is. Not wasting my time going here anymore. Pay your employees more, and maybe people would wanna work. That way you dont gotta shut down. Your employees are the only reason your store even runs in the first place. Treating them right should be top priority

The employee that was working today did not speak when i came in she was sitting down on her phone. Once i got to the counter to check out there was an older guy standing there while the employee continued to have her phone in her hand looking down at her phone. Finally she looked up. The guy told her she was being rude. Paid for his stuff then left. Now im checking out she says you cant have that totethesign is on the door. I said this is my purse not a tote bag. She says leave it in the car. I will not be going back to that Family Dollar and im gonna make sure none of my family shops there. There is a way to treat the people that keep your employees with job stability. Customer service has gone out the window.

Didnt have exactly what I was looking for. But had a family like feeling when I walked in the door. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Casaundra is the greatest employee I have ever seen at any Family Dollar ever. Top notch. Should probably be promoted to Regional Manager. The Best Ever.

Lady at register wouldn't let people in without a mask. At same time she wasn't wearing one. When questioned she responded don't worry bout me I work here! That is not how it works!

This store, what can I say! Lived in the area a little over three years and love being able to walk here, top up my phone and cards... and soo much more!!! They are doing a wonderful job! 5 plus stars for Autumn and crew!!! Dan looked for a certain light bulb I needed up on his phone and walked back so I didn't have to! Major props!!! Keep up the great work!

When I went to Family Dollar on 35th and Leavenworth I bought two side tables there for 20 bucks good deal but when I got home I opened the box and there was two side tables in there but there was only one set of pieces for one table so I had to Jimmy rig my table together all I can say is be careful buying the furniture although I know it is Family Dollar there's a good chance not everything is going to be in the Box
