So today i decided to surprise my mom with a new phone. I went To this location and got the best customer service from Michael. He went above and beyond for me. I had to leave to get my mom old phone at her job and i could of went to the nearest metro pcs store by her job but i wanted to go back to this location because i was not sure if i would get the same outstanding customer service Michael was giving me. So i went back and he did it all for me. Transfer her contacts offered me a discount. He was respectful nice and he put 100% effort on helping me. Thank you so much for everything.

horrible place terrible customer service, they sold devices that did not work for my grandparents and tried to blame them for that I had an argument with an employee plr 30 minutes to get my money back seriously the worst experiences I've ever had

There are NO REFUNDS on any purchase you make at this metro store. So beware before you purchase anything there. There are no signs stating so and even though the receipt says you can within 14 days with receipt but the manager would not take my return and credit my account. They have lost my business and I DO NOT recommend this store. Don't waste your time.

Yajaira is very rude. Having customers wait for a long time while she gossips on the phone. This happened more than one time.

I must admit that I was disappointed at 1st, when I bought my phone and it was defective. Per metro customer service mgr., He advised that the store should have given me a new one. Instead they ordered me one as a warranty. The store mgr. Was nice enough to have my phone on time and delivered to the store. I picked it up without an issue. I feel that the store was wrong by selling me a defective phone and not replacing it the next following day, when I went back. but in contrast, they were professional. So I'm not sure, if I will be in need of a phone soon. Always read the refund policy before purchasing and question it.

Of all the Metro stores I've been to, this is the worst. Refused to sell me a phone at retail value because my husband lost his phone and we had just purchased it the day before. Stated I had to go to a 'corporate' store to buy a phone. Any other Metro authroized retailer wouldn't have done that. Also, another customer was in the store because his son lost his phone and had no problem spending $200 on new merchandise while I'm being refused service. Corporate will be called and do yourself a favor...go to a different store. The 'manager' Danny is a money hungry person. When I originally bought the phone on an upgrade he passed my sale to a coworker so he could get the new sale. The coworker asked him a question and he told her i was adding a new line and was doing it wrong. She told him no it's an upgrade and he stated "oh that's right. Well my love, I'm dealing with like 3 people right now". He was dealing with 1. I will never go back to this store. How do you tell someone they can't pay full retail on a phone? Because you weren't there to collect the commission?

I went there 2 days ago and was forced to activate there with them, which the charge was $10, even though I wanted to activate by phone with Metropcs care service, which is free. They said they won't sell me the phone unless I activate with them which I thought was really rude. I called Metropcs care service and asked them if that was necessary and they said no, they did that because of commission. They asked if I wanted to make complaint against them and I said yes. I don't think is right I'm forced to activate with them and pay $10 and refuse sell on a cell phone JUST BECAUSE A COMMISSION. DON'T BUY FROM THIS STORE!!

THIS METRO LOCATION ; VERY GOOD STAFF UP TO 2012, AFTER THOSE STAFF LEFT ,IT WAS LIKE WHERE ON EARTH DID THEY PICKUP THESE FROM !. SERIOUSLY I WAS DEFINITELY DISAPPOINTED THREE (3) DIFFERENT TIMES AFTER, BUT REALLY IT'S NOT JUST METRO (THIS LOCATION) ; SAY ABOUT IN THIS FIVE (5) YEARS THERE HAS BEEN A CHANGE ,A TOTAL DISREGARD TOWARDS CUSTOMERS / CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM SALES REPRESENTATIVES IN BUSINESS, ESPECIALLY RETAIL, WHETHER IT BE APPLIANCES OR PHONE. IT';S AS IF YOU NEED US WE DON'T NEED YOU ! " COMPANIES AND THEIR SALES REPS NEEDS TO SMELL THIS COFFEE, THAT'S ONE OF THE MANY REASONS ONLINE- SHOPPING IS GREAT!!!!!!!.
