Just started coming here after metro stopped their contract the Whittier Blvd location and the operator here has a weird hostile attitude towards customers. I'm the person with the financial loss of not being able to return my new phone and I'm the one that should be frustrated from not being able to switch service to my old working phone, because my new phone is to new. So why is the operator so put out for "helping" me? Is she a self absorbed child? When I bought my phone I thought this is the worst sales person ever. Ugh No stars, you'll be better off financially and emotionally to never come here.

Any experience with t mobile is a horrible experience. When I signed up 5 years ago it was due to a plan that was awesome. 1 month that lasted. Since then they've changed my account countless times and to get this clarified have been days of my personal time. Now they expect me to pay my full bill even though for over the past year I've received partial service. Horrible company fortunately with their consent I've recorded past conversations and I'm still waiting on a call back that should have happened over a month ago

After 5 attempts at calling and getting no answer I finally drive all the way from Inglewood back to their location. The reason I had to come in the first place is because in the 1st they sold a mentally handicapped person not one but two faulty devices. When we realized the problem we tried to get it fixed and got run around after run around. The quality of customer care is actually a zero. On the plus side I finally was able to get the code needed to acces the account.

I have been going here for years and this Metro Pcs is very well keep clean and friendly staff. The employee's Teresa/Jasmine/Adriana are always so helpful in anyways possible. I've had to go threw out the years for either an upgrade or issue with my device and they clearly are extremely knowledgeable. It is sad to see that their review for this store is so low from people that might of just been mad going in. But Metro PCS should be proud to have a great team. I have worked more with Jasmin and she has great Customer Service skills/technical support. She seems hard but knows what she is doing.

I have really really bad experience from this store I when there on Black Friday I saw the new at iPhone 6s Plus the price of a $149 from the ad but store gave me $300 with $50 activation fee so I called Metropcs customer service and they verified price is $149 plus activation fee of $15. Don't go this store they trying to rip off!!

This store is far the most worst customer service. However complete SCAM!! The better business bureau needs to take this store out of business. They scam me for the price of the phone, and when the girl open the box for the phone it wasn't even the phone I was pointing to the whole time that I wanted!!!! The manager is careless to even resolving the problem!

Worst experience ever. Save your time from coming here and go somewhere else. The over weight girl there with black hair and bad eyebrows is really unprofessional and clearly doesn’t know what she’s doing. She tried charging me $40 extra so that she could pocket it. I catched on and told her to show me the calculations and refused to give me a receipt. No education whatsoever and bad customer service it’s a bad image on their store.

Do not visit this store unless you wish to loose time money and patience there is a way better location with actual educated staff on telegraph and carmenita .i hope no one else gets robbed by this store I wish I had seen reviews before I wasted over a hundred dollars just to loose my number and over 8 hours of time

I can’t believe this place is still in business it won’t be long .worst employees at any metro I have ever visited they steal your money and tell you to come back during closing and even tho they sell iPhones that for some reason don’t work straight out of the box ,they tell you to go to apple for a problem caused by the employees when u want to talk to any maneuver they say it’s weeks till he’s available
