Tiffani was obstinate to work with on my business account. Giving reason why she can't do something at multiple stages, giving no alternatives, I would try to solve it, sometimes it works, we get to the next stage, sometimes she says she can check, and then instead of checking she just tells the manager standing a few feet away from me, to tell me the same thing. I'm not a banker. Just tell me how to get my account going. I even called my accountant so they can figure out a solution and she refused to talk to her. I don't get it. ~Vanessa

My wife wanted to change bank since I'm with a credit union Bank she wanted to check one out so I took her to this one that was close by and I must say we where blown away they are very nice & professional, helpful beyond & explaining that you can understand I highly recommend CUSC Bank. ~Jesus

Excellent customer service here, from the beautiful Manager lady to the caring staff at the pharmacy. I always feel at home here because they treat me like royalty. Moreover, their sales are amazing, and their rewards program helps me save on products ranging from personal care to makeup, and whatnot. This is one of the worst Banks you can come to most of the tellers are very rude a lot of the times you ask for help all they really don't care all they care about is doing their silly job and not have a sense of customer service. ~Jose

I took my Volkswagen Passat to them for an inspection, he was honest and forthcoming about what the issue was. He told me what the problem was and what he thought about it. He wasn't trying to sell me repairs that wouldn't work in the long run, he was honest, he's not looking to take your money, he wants to fix the problem and if he can't fix or thinks the fix isn't worth while he'll tell you. I will definitely go back to him. ~Maria
