My first experiences here were amazing the cashiers were super friendly and very helpful. This l experience was the worst-case scenario or maybe I looked into it to much because my siblings were with me but why did the person before me and after me not pay first? Why was I told I had to pay before getting our ice creams? They didn't even have 1 of the options we wanted. It's really not that hard to treat people the same. Reading the reviews and it seems to be a reoccurring thing...... has me 🤔 wondering

What a clean store! Had been to Rite Aid in a long time. Wife found specific non-Aluminum deodorant. Great display of Hispanic products. Cashier Patricia was really friendly courteous AND professional. It was a pleasure shopping there

Moreover, their sales are amazing, and their rewards program helps me save on products ranging from personal care to makeup, and whatnot. First and last time ordering prescriptions there, I went three times to pick it up (they called electronic to tell me that was ready) and wasn't ready, a senior pharmacist is the only one that seams to work hard there, the others in the pharmacy area are careless and only like to chat among them.

So rude. I mean I know I have tattoos and short hair but that doesn’t mean that I am a criminal. They followed me and when I left the store followed me all the way out the door stopped me and asked where a couple certain products were that I had in my basket at some point during my trip. I responded saying that for over 10 years and when I decide I’m not gonna purchase something that I put it back to be a courteous shopper and offered my backpack for searching at that point the loss prevention gentleman that away and let me go about my day I feel I was profiled wrongly and was extremely offended just because people that look like me has stolen from you doesn’t mean everybody that looks like me steals

The pharmacy is the worst. 3 times in 8 months they insisted my prescription was not covered. The first time I didn't question & paid full price. The second & third I went to another rite aid and they accepted it no questions asked. I went back and told the pharmacist, all they said was that they sometimes make mistakes.That mistake would have cost me over $100. No appology,, nothing. They get 2 stars because the front staff is friendly.

Pharmacy is not open 24 Hours. The last 3 days I've tried to pick up my prescriptions that have been ready since Friday. Pharmacy will not give out prescriptions if the actual pharmacist is on lunch or break. Even if you have had the prescription before. Absolutely a major inconvenience.

I have been using this pharmacy for several months and they always manage to screw up. I have a rare neurological disorder which cause me to suffer from severe weakness and muscle spasms. I essentially survive by taking flexeril 2-3 times a day. My muscle spasms are beyond painful and I end up in the ER if I run out. They have consistently made it very difficult to get my refills on top of being incredible rude to me. One time they told me my flexeril was going to be ready in an hour and then when it was time to take it I realized I they gave me the Tramadol only. When I called they said, "The refill won't be available until the 5th." Why the hell would they even say it would be ready??? Of course I flipped out because I had no choice to go to the ER again. 2 weeks later they have screwed up again even though my physician called it in yesterday. This place sucks and I never had this issue in LA. Switch to CVS...TRUST ME!!!
