Tiffani was obstinate to work with on my business account. Giving reason why she can't do something at multiple stages, giving no alternatives, I would try to solve it, sometimes it works, we get to the next stage, sometimes she says she can check, and then instead of checking she just tells the manager standing a few feet away from me, to tell me the same thing.
